مطالعه الگوهای استفاده از زمان، نقش مثبتی در سلامت و رفاه افراد دارد .به‌علاوه، آگاهی را دررابطه‌با میزان مشارکت در کارها افزایش می‌دهد) لاو، ۲۰۰۲ .(داشتن کودک مبتلا به فلج مغزی، همواره فشارهایی را بر خانواده وارد می‌سازد که یکی از آن‌ها، نیاز آن ن فراتر از برنام زمان‌بندی خانواده است) وانلیت، ۱۹۹۹ .(به این حیطه که در اکثر مواقع، مادران را به‌عنوان مراقبان اصلی درگیر می‌کند، توجه کمی شده است) ساویر، ۲۰۱۱ .(براین‌اساس، به‌منظور گسترش آگاهی دراین‌زمینه و همچنین، برنامه‌ریزی‌های آینده، در این پژوهش بر آن شدیم تا الگوهای استفاده از زمان را در مادران کودکان مبتلا به فلج مغزی بررسی کنیم .روش :برای رسیدن به هدف اصلی تحقیق، مطالع حاضر از نوعControl - Caseانتخاب شد .نمونه‌گیری به روش نمونه‌گیری در دسترس بود .شرکت‌کنندگان در گروه مادران با کودکان مبتلا به فلج مغزی ۳۰ نفر و در گروه مادران کودکان سالم، ۳۷ نفر تقسیم شدند .داده‌های لازم برای پژوهش با استفاده از پرسش‌نام استفاده از زمان مادران) گویر و همکاران، ۲۰۰۶ (و نیز پرسش‌نام دموگرافیک جمع‌آوری شد .از آزمون‌های تی مستقل و من ویتنی، برای تحلیل داده‌ها استفاده شد .یافته‌ها :آنالیز آماری تفاوت معناداری را در حیط کاری مراقبت از کودک نشان داد اما در سایر حیطه‌های کاری، تفاوت معناداری به‌دست نیامد .در میزان رضایت از مهارت مدیریت زمان نیز تفاوت معناداری به‌دست آمد به‌طوری‌که مادران کودکان سالم رضایت بیشتری داشتند .بحث :یافته‌های این مطالعه نشان داد مادران کودکان مبتلا به فلج مغزی، به‌دلیل آنکه زمان بسیاری را در روز، صرف مراقبت از فرزندان خود می‌کنند، توازن لازم را در حیطه‌های کاری مختلف خود تجربه نمی‌کنند .این مسئله به رضایت کمتر استفاده از زمان منجر می‌شود .باتوجه‌به این یافته‌ها، لازم است منابع حمایتی و مراقبتی بیشتری در اختیار این افراد قرار داده شود تا با گذر زمان، احتمال مواجه‌شدن با مسائل روانی و مشکلات مربوطبه سلامتی کمتری وجود داشته باشد .کلیدواژه‌ها :استفاده از زمان، حیطه‌های کاری، مهارت مدیریت زمان .

Introduction: Patterns of time use, provide important information about the use of time.According to World Health Organization, the proper using of time, has positive role in health and welfare. Having a child with cerebral palsy, always imposes pressures on the family, one of which need constant care that is beyond the family schedule. Mothers usually involve as main caregiver, but less attention has been paid to it. Therefore, this study aims to investigate patterns of time use in mothers of children with cerebral palsy, with the mothers of healthy children.Method: Case- control study design was used to achieve the aim of this study. 30 mothers of children with cerebral palsy and 37 mothers of healthy children. The Mother Time Use Questionnaire as well as a demographic questionnaire were used to collect data.Results: Mothers of children with cerebral palsy, spent more time than mothers of healthy children to look after their children ( P < 0/ 05). However, in other areas there were not significant differences. Satisfaction of mothers of children with cerebral palsy regarding their time management skills, was significantly less than the other group.Conclusion: Results showed that the mothers of children with cerebral palsy didn't balance in the allocated time in their occupations leading to lower satisfaction. it is necessary to consider further resources of support for mothers of children with cerebral palsy.Key words: Time use, Areas of occupations, Time management skills
