E7 is essential in HPV-associated cancers. E7 can directly reflect in tumor initiation. E5/E7 is more common than E6 or E7 alone. This project is done due to the detection HPV by E7 gene. A specific primer was used to amplify the E7 gene region in the samples. The results indicate the E7 fragment can be traced in 161 of 180 samples, which is 90%. Therefore, it seems that the detection of HPV in samples using molecular detection of HPV is very useful. Genital identification of this fragment also helps us to determine the possible effectiveness and effective treatment methods, so it can be recommended that using this fragment can identify most samples of HPV with an available and routine method in Molecular pathology laboratories.

E7 نقش اصلی را در سرطان‌های مرتبط با HPV ایفا می‌کند. در چرخه زندگی HPV، E7 ارتباط نزدیک بین تمایز سلولی و تکثیر در اپیتلیوم طبیعی را مختل می‌کند. این عملکرد به طور مستقیم در شروع تومور و القای ناپایداری ژنومی منعکس می‌شود. هدف از این مطالعه شناسایی HPV توسط ژن E7 می‌باشد. برای تکثیر ناحیه ژن E7 در نمونه‌ها از پرایمر اختصاصی استفاده شد. نتایج نشان می‌دهد که قطعه E7 را می‌توان در 161 نمونه از 180 نمونه ردیابی کرد که از لحاظ آماری 90 درصد است. بنابراین به نظر می‌رسد که تشخیص HPV در نمونه‌ها با استفاده از تشخیص مولکولی HPV بسیار مفید باشد. شناسایی این قطعه در تعیین اثربخشی احتمالی و روش‌های درمانی مؤثر کارآمد است، بنابراین می‌توان با استفاده از یک روش موجود و معمول در آزمایشگاه‌های پاتولوژی مولکولی از این قطعه برای شناسایی اکثر نمونه‌های HPV استفاده کرد.
