book seemed to be an important factor in determining the importance of their teaching and learning -books should have been accessed, an opinion questionnaire was utilized for that purpose. It is concluded that the findings of the present study suggested that language teachers and students' attitudes and perception toward the text-books in learning English language. The present studys population consisted of105 participants who 15 teachers of high schools of Tabriz and 90 students of high schools of Tabriz. Since about the attitudes of language teachers and students towards the text-language learning; that is, the present investigation tried to explore the concern in and the role of high school text-books on second-book: Considering their Attitudes towards text-books was investigated is the disappearances of the concept of method and its replacement by different researchers as Wongkaew (2009) and Levine (2003) interviews and studies based pedagogy free from the constraints of methods. Therefore, the necessity of the mentioned concept was not proved by language teachers and researchers. The present research studied the Perception of EFL Teachers and learners toward the text-book and its role in second and foreign language learners productions have pointed out that the opportunity to plan for a task generally develops language learners development (Ellis, 2005). It is important to mention that the critical varies in the perception of teachers and language learners toward the text-Abstract: For several years, researchers in Perceptionof EFL Teachers toward the text.
