در این پژوهش به مقایسه توجه و حافظه (سازمان دهی معنایی اطلاعات) در افراد مبتلا به اسکیزوفرنیای مزمن با همتایان عادی پرداخته شده است. پژوهش از نوع علی-مقایسه¬ای و از نوع مقطعی صورت گرفته و روش پژوهش از لحاظ هدف بنیادی و از لحاظ نحوه جمع¬آوری اطلاعات به صورت مطالعه¬ی میدانی انجام شده است. جامعه آماری در این پژوهش شامل کلیه مبتلایان مرد بستری شده بیمارستان رازی تبریز و همچنین نمونه بهنجار نیز از افراد عادی شهر تبریز در سال 1402 انتخاب شدند. حجم نمونه شامل 30 نفر از بین جامعه آماری بود که به صورت روش نمونه¬گیری در دسترس از بین مبتلایان به اسکیزوفرنیای مزمن بستری شده بیمارستان رازی تبریز انتخاب شدند و 30 نفر نیز به روش همتاسازی از لحاظ سن، جنسیت، تحصیلات ، از بین افراد عادی شهر تبریز انتخاب شدند. ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات در این پژوهش شامل آزمون استروپ و تکلیف سازماندهی معنایی است. برای تجزیه و تحلیل آماری یافته‌ها بدلیل محقق نشدن پیش فرض های تحلیل های پارامتریک (منحنی نرمال) از معادل ناپارامتریک تحلیل واریانس (آزمون کروسکال والیس) و همچنین تحلیل واریانس عاملی تک متغیره استفاده شد. نتایج این بررسی نشان داد که از نظر توجه و سازماندهی معنایی اطلاعات بین افراد مبتلا به اسکیزوفرنیای مزمن با همتایان عادی تفاوت وجود دارد. این امر لزوم توجه هر چه بیشتر به متغیرهای شناختی نظیر توجه و حافظه(سازمان دهی معنایی اطلاعات) در مبتلایان به اسکیزوفرنیای مزمن را خاطرنشان میسازد.

In this research, attention and memory (semantic organization of information) have been compared in people with chronic schizophrenia and their normal counterparts. The research is causal-comparative and cross-sectional, and the research method was fundamental in terms of purpose and was field study in terms of the method of data collection. The statistical population includes all male patients with chronic schizophrenia who were referred to Razi Hospital in Tabriz in 2023 and their normal counterparts. The sample included 30 chronic schizophrenia patients who were selected by the available sampling method among the chronic schizophrenia patients admitted to Razi Hospital, and 30 Non-Schizophrenic poople were meticulously matched with the chronic schizophrenia patients in terms of age, gender, and education. The data collection tool in this research includes the Stroop test and the task of semantic organization. For the statistical analysis of the findings, due to the non-fulfillment of the assumptions of the parametric analysis (normal curve), the non-parametric equivalent of the analysis of variance (Kruskal-Wallis test) and also the univariate factor analysis of variance were used. The results of this study showed that there is a difference between people with chronic schizophrenia and normal counterparts in terms of attention and semantic organization of information. This matter highlights the need to pay more attention to cognitive variables such as attention and memory (semantic organization of information) in patients with chronic schizophrenia.
