هدف: تجزیه و تحلیل کلان داده¬ها ( BDA ) به عنوان عامل مهمی در مدیریت زنجیره¬تامین سبز (GSCM) مورد توجه دانشگاهیان و متخصصان قرار گرفته و با ارائه ابزارهای تصمیم¬گیری جدید برای طراحی زنجیره¬های تامین داده محور به موضوعی داغ تبدیل گشته است. همچنین با توجه به تاثیر بلند مدت عملیات و فعالیت های تجاری بر محیط زیست و اجتماع، پایداری در هر سه بعد اقتصادی، اجتماعی و زیست محیطی که به خطوط پایین سه گانه (3BL) معروف هستند باید مدنظر قرار داده شود. پژوهشگران و متخصصان معتقدند که توجه به تجزیه و تحلیل کلان داده¬ها با در نظر گرفتن مسائل مربوط به پایداری باعث دستیابی بنگاه¬ها و سازمان¬ها به مزیت رقابتی پایدار می¬شود. بنابراین با تجزیه و تحلیل کلان داده¬ها، می¬توان به بنگاه¬های تولیدی در جهت بهبود شفافیت، تصمیم¬گیری، همکاری و اجرای بهتر اقدامات پایدار کمک کرد. در حوزه مدیریت زنجیره تامین و بررسی تاثیر تجزیه و تحلیل کلان داده¬ها بر پایداری زنجیره¬های تامین پژوهش¬های مختلف و متنوعی در گذشته انجام شده است. هدف از انجام این پژوهش بررسی و طبقه¬بندی تاثیر تجزیه و تحلیل کلان داده¬ها در پایداری زنجیره¬تامین به لحاظ توصیفی و موضوعی با استفاده از پژوهش¬های انجام شده در گذشته می باشد.روش‌شناسی: ما در این مطالعه با استفاده از مرور نظام‌مند ادبیات به دسته‌بندی تاثیر تجزیه و تحلیل کلان داده‌ها بر پایداری زنجیره‌های تامین پرداخته‌ایم. در این راستا 102 مقاله از دو پایگاه وب آف ساینس و اسکوپوس بررسی شده و 36 مقاله مرتبط با تاثیر تجزیه و تحلیل کلان داده‌ها بر پایداری زنجیره‌های تامین را شناسایی کرده‌ایم. سپس با بررسی دقیق آن‌ها روند مطالعات انجام یافته دراین حوزه مشخص شده است.یافته‌ها: در تحلیل توصیفی، مقالات را بر حسب سال انتشار، انتشارات، کشور و نوع روش تحقیق و در تحلیل موضوعی با استفاده از تحلیل مضمون کلیه پژوهش‌هایی که مرتبط با تاثیر تجزیه و تحلیل کلان داده‌ها بر پایداری زنجیره‌های تامین بود در 5 فاز "مطالعات کاربردی"، "مطالعات تشخیصی"، "مطالعات کتاب‌شناختی"، "آنالیز تاثیرات" و "فرض‌های نظری" دسته‌بندی گردید.نتیجه‌گیری: این تحقیق با طبقه‌بندی تحقیقات تاثیر تجزیه و تحلیل کلان داده‌ها بر پایداری زنجیره‌های تامین و بازتاب موضوعات مهم از این تاثیرگذاری که برگرفته از مقالات مورد بررسی است، به متخصصان در درک بهتر و به مدیران و متخصصان در مدیریت موثر و در نتیجه بهبود عملکرد سازمانی کمک می‌کند.

AbstractGoal: Big data analytics has attracted the attention of academics and professionals as an important factor in green supply chain management; And also has become a hot topic by providing modern decision-making tools to design data-driven supply chains. Sustainability should also be considered in all three dimensions, economics, social and environmental, which are known as three bottom lines, with regarding to the long-term impact of business operations and activities on the environment and society. Researchers and experts believe that paying attention to big data analytics by considering issues related to sustainability will help firms and organizations to achieve a sustainable competitive advantage. Therefore, by analyzing big data, it is possible to help manufacturing enterprises to improve transparency, decision-making, collaboration and better implementation of sustainable practices. It have been conducted various researches in the field of supply chain management and its impact on sustainability of supply chains in the past. The purpose of this research is to investigate and classify the impact of big data analytics on the sustainability of supply chains in a descriptive and thematic sense by using the researches done in the past.Method: In this study, we have categorized the impact of big data analytics on the sustainability of supply chains using a systematic literature review. In this regard, 102 articles have been reviewed from two databases, Web of science and Scopus, and 36 articles have been identified related to the impact of big data analytics on the sustainability of supply chains. Then, by carefully examining them, the process of studies conducted in this field has been determined.Findings: In the descriptive analysis, the articles were categorized according to their year of publication, publications, country and type of research. And also in the thematic analysis, by using content analysis of all researches related to the impact of big data analytics on the sustainability of supply chains, the articles were categorized in 5 phases of “applied studies”, “diagnostic studies”, “bibliometric studies”, “impact analysis”, and “theoretical assumptions”.Conclusion: This research helps experts and managers to understand better, manage effectively and improve organizational performance by classifying the researches related to impact of big data analytics on the sustainability of supply chains, and reflecting the important issues of this impact which are taken from the reviewed articles.
