با توجه به دنیای پرتنش کنونی، بررسی اختلالات روانی اهمیت ویژ‌ه‌ای پیدا کرده است که در این بین، اختلال وسواسی- اجباری از تاریخچه‌ای طولانی برخوردار است. اختلال وسواسی- اجباری یکی از اختلالات جدی و فراگیراست. این اختلال چهارمین اختلال روان پزشکی شایع محسوب می شود. پژوهش حاضر با هدف اثربخشی روش ERP در نشانه‌های OCD در کودکان با کنترل اضطراب انجام شد. این پژوهش با توجه به هدف، از نوع کاربردی است و با توجه به شیوه‌ی جمع آوری داده‌ها این پژوهش از نوع آزمایشی (مداخله‌ای) است، که در قالب طرح آزمایشی تک آزمودنی با خط پایه‌ی چندگانه به مرحله اجرا گذارده شد. در این پژوهش براساس ملاک‌های ورود و خروج، تعداد 3 شرکت کننده وارد مطالعه شدند. بعلاوه در این پژوهش برای انتخاب شرکت کنندگان از روش غربالگری استفاده شد و در این در این پژوهش برای اندازه‌گیری متغیرهای مورد مطالعه از ابزارهای پرسشنامه علایم مرضی کودکان CSI-4 و پرسشنامه وسواس فکری و عملی فوا و همکاران و پرسشنامه اضطراب کودکان اسپنس و بسته‌ی آموزشی ERP که این بسته مبتنی بر نظریه‌ی شناختی مواجهه و جلوگیری از پاسخ است که عنوان می‌شود، مواجهه یک درمان شناختی است که بیمار تدریجاً با سلسله مراتبی از ترس‌ها روبرو می‌شود تا خوگیری اتفاق بیافتد. در حالی که همزمان در برابر اجبار برای خنثی سازی اضطراب مقاومت صورت گیرد استفاده شد. همچنین برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها از تحلیل نموداری و ترسیمی استفاده شد و براساس صعود و نزول مربوط به متغیر وابسته قضاوت صورت گرفت و نتایج بیانگر اثربخشی درمان مواجهه سازی و جلوگیری از پاسخ در کاهش فراوانی علایم متغیر وسواس نشان می دهد نتایج به دست آمده از مقیاس فوآ، نشانگر موثر بودن درمان ERP در کاهش فراوانی علایم شرکت کننده است.

AbstractAccording to the current tense world, the study of mental disorders has become particularly important, in the meantime, obsessive-compulsive disorder has a long history. Obsessive-compulsive disorder is one of the serious and pervasive disorders. This disorder is considered the fourth most common psychiatric disorder. The present study was conducted with the aim of the effectiveness of the ERP method in OCD symptoms in children with anxiety control. According to the purpose, this research is of an applied type, and according to the method of data collection, this research is of an experimental (intervention) type, which was implemented in the form of a single-subject experimental design with a multiple baseline. In this research, based on the entry and exit criteria, 3 participants were included in the study. In addition, in this research, a screening method was used to select the participants, and in this research, to measure the studied variables, the tools of the CSI-4 Children's Morbid Symptoms Questionnaire, Fowa et al.'s Obsessional and Practical Obsession Questionnaire, Spence's Children's Anxiety Questionnaire, and the ERP educational package, which is based on It is based on the cognitive theory of exposure and response prevention that it is said that exposure is a cognitive therapy in which the patient gradually faces a hierarchy of fears until habituation occurs. While at the same time resisting the compulsion to neutralize the anxiety. (Kelser and Kriz, 2002). Also, graphical and graphic analysis was used for data analysis and judgment was made based on the rise and fall of the dependent variable, and the results show the effectiveness of exposure therapy and response prevention in reducing the frequency of variable symptoms. Obsession shows that the results obtained from the FOA scale indicate the effectiveness of ERP treatment in reducing the frequency of the participant's symptoms.
