Text of Note
First, we express the required concepts of dynamic systems. We explain how to model mathematically on several simple cases. As an application of mathematical modeling, we go to infectious diseases. As a case study, we consider the modeling of tuberculosis in the Philippines. To estimate the parameters in the resulting model, we use the data related to tuberculosis in the Philippines. We check the dynamic behavior of the model and get the multiplication number. To control the disease, we go to different controllers such as identifying infected people, quar- antine sick people and treating sick people. We use optimal control strategy to reduce treatment cost and reduce infected people. The effect of controllers We put an evaluation. We show the effectiveness of the resulting model with numerical simulations.
