هدف اصلی این پژوهش تعیین اثربخشی مداخله مبتنی بر دلبستگی بر نشانه‌های درونی‌سازی نوجوانان دختر دوره متوسطه اول بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش فعلی تمامی دانش‌آموزان دختر دوره اول متوسطه در سال تحصیلی 1399-1400 شهر تبریز بود، بر اساس نقطه برش پرسشنامه آخنباخ 30 نفر از دانش‌آموزانی که دارای یک نمره انحراف بالاتر از میانگین در این پرسشنامه‌ها بودند انتخاب‌شده و به‌طور تصادفی به دو گروه آزمایش و کنترل گمارده شدند (هر گروه 15 نفر). ابزار مورداستفاده در پژوهش فعلی فرم والدین پرسشنامه فهرست رفتاری کودک بود. از مادران هر دو گروه در دو مرحله پیش و پس‌آزمون این آزمون گرفته شد و سپس توسط آزمون تحلیل کوواریانس یک‌راهه به اثربخشی مداخله درمانی پرداخته شد. یافته‌های تحلیل کوواریانس یک‌راهه دال بر این بود که مداخله مبتنی بر دلبستگی موجب کاهش معنی‌دار نمرات اضطراب/افسردگی، گوشه‌گیری/ افسردگی، و شکایت جسمانی نوجوانان دختر می‌شود. می‌توان نتیجه گرفت که درمان مبتنی بر دلبستگی درمانی مؤثر برای کاهش نشانه‌های درونی‌سازی نوجوانان دختر است.

Text of Note

The main purpose of this research was to determine the effectiveness of attachment-based intervention on the internalizing symptoms of first-year high school girls. The statistical population of the current research was all the female students of the first year of secondary school in the academic year of 2010-2019 in Tabriz city, based on the cut point of the Achenbach questionnaire, 30 students who had a deviation score higher than the average in these questionnaires were selected and randomly divided into two groups. Experiment and control were assigned (15 people in each group). The tool used in the current research was the parent form of the child behavior inventory questionnaire. This test was taken from the mothers of both groups in two phases before and after the test, and then the effectiveness of the therapeutic intervention was analyzed by the one-way covariance analysis test. The findings of one-way covariance analysis indicated that the attachment-based intervention significantly reduced the scores of anxiety/depression, withdrawal/depression, and physical complaints of adolescent girls. It can be concluded that attachment-based therapy is an effective therapy for reducing the internalizing symptoms of adolescent girls
