شاخص بهاي¬كالاها و خدمات مصرف¬كننده كه به عنوان شاخص مبناي محاسبه¬ي نرخ تورم مورد استفاده قرار مي¬گيرد؛ از نماگرهاي مهم ارزيابي عملكرد اقتصادي كشورها است. هدف از محاسبه¬ي شاخص قیمت مصرف¬کننده اين است كه تغييرات قيمت يك سبد معين و تعريف شده اي ازکالاها و خدمات را با توجه به ضرایب اهمیت آن ها در طول زمان اندازه¬گیری کند. هم اکنون مرکز آمار ایران عهده دار محاسبه این شاخص در کشور بوده که نرخ تورم نیز از آن استخراج می¬گردد.در حالی¬که بین نرخ تورم رسمی اعلامی توسط این مرکز و نرخ تورمی که توسط عموم مردم احساس و ادراک می¬شود شکاف و تفاوتی وجود دارد. این تحقیق به محاسبه ضرایب اهمیت¬کالاها و خدمات در منطقه¬ده شهری تبریز می¬پردازد تا به درک بهتری از این شاخص دست یابیم. هدف از انجام این تحقیق استخراج ضرایب اهمیت دمکراتیک و پلوتکراتیک برای منطقه ده شهری تبریز و مقایسه آن با ضرایب اهمیت استانی و کشوری می¬باشد. نتایج به دست آمده از این تحقیق بیان می¬کند که سهم هزینه¬ای بخش خوراکی¬ها در دهک درآمدی مورد مطالعه قابل توجه هست و بسیاری از کالاها و خدمات پرسشنامه غیر ضروری قلمداد شدند و در برخی بخش¬ها با ضرایب اهمیت استانی و کشوری تفاوت قابل ملاحظه¬ای وجود دارد که با توجه به یکسان بودن قیمت¬ها برای مصرف¬کنندگان در بسیاری از کالاها و خدمات در مناطق مختلف شهری، ضرایب اهمیت متفاوت منجر به احساس نرخ تورم متفاوتی برای این دهک درآمدی خواهد ش

The price index of consumer goods and services, which is used as an index to calculate the inflation rate; is one of the important indicators of the evaluation of economic performance of countries. The purpose of calculating the consumer price index is to measure the price changes of a given and defined portfolio of goods and services according to their relative importance (weights) over time. At present, the Statistics Center of Iran is responsible for calculating this index in the country, which the inflation rate is also extracted. However, There are differences between the official inflation rate announced by this center and the inflation rate that is felt and perceived by the public.In this research, we have calculated the relative importance of goods and services in the tenth urban area of Tabriz to gain a better understanding of this index. The purpose of this study is to extract the democratic and plutocratic relative importance (weights) for the tenth urban area of Tabriz and compare it with the provincial and national relative importance.The results of this study indicate that the cost share of the food sector in this income decile is significant and many goods and services of the questionnaire were considered unnecessary and in some sectors with provincial and national relative importance can be significantly different. There is a consideration that due to the same prices for consumers in many goods and services in different urban areas, different relative importance will lead to a feeling of different inflation rates for this income decile
