در این پایان نامه ابتدا مفاهیم ضروری از سیستم‌های دینامیکی و سیستم ایمنی بدن و اثر متقابل آن با سلول‌های سرطانی توضیح داده می‌شود. در ادامه یک مدل ریاضی برای اثر چاقی روی رشد تومور سرطانی ارائه و پاسخ ایمنی بدن توضیح داده می‌شود. این مدل چهار معادله دیفرانسیل معمولی با معادله لجستیک برای افزایش میزان چربی ذخیره شده را شامل می‌شود. تجزیه و تحلیل مدل بیان می‌شود و شبیه‌سازی‌های عددی برای بیان درستی مفاهیم تئوری استفاده می‌گردد.
Text of Note
In this thesis, the essential concepts of dynamical systems and the body's immune system and its interaction with cancer cells are explained. In the following, a mathematical model for the effect of obesity on cancer tumor growth and the body's immune response is explained. This model consists of four ordinary differential equations with a logistic equation for the growth of the amount of fat stored. The analysis of the model is expressed and numerical simulations are used to express the correctness of the theoretical concepts
