هدف پژوهش حاضر تعیین رابطه بین ویژگی‌های شخصیتی و سبک‌های فرزندپروری بر سرمایه روان‌شناختی بود. به این منظور 270 نفر از دانشجویان دانشگاه تبریز در قالب طرح توصیفی همبستگی و به روش نمونه‌گیری غیرتصادفی در دسترس انتخاب شدند. جهت اندازه‌گیری متغیرها از پرسشنامه پنج عاملی NEO مک‌کری و کاستا (NEO-FFI)، مقیاس اختیارات والدین بوری (PAQ) و پرسشنامه سرمایه روانشناختی (PCQ) استفاده شد. داده‌ها با استفاده از روش تحلیل رگرسیون چندگانه و همچنین نرم افزار SPSS مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت. نتایج یافته‌های پژوهش نشان داد که از بین پنج عامل اصلی شخصیت، روان‌رنجورخویی و توافق‌پذیری با سرمایه روان‌شناختی رابطه منفی دارند. برون‌گرایی، گشودگی به تجربه، وظیفه‌شناسی نیز با سرمایه روان‌شناختی رابطه مثبت و معنادار دارند. همچنین بین سبک فرزندپروری مقتدرانه و سبک فرزندپروری سهل‌گیرانه با سرمایه روان‌شناختی رابطه مثبت و معناداری وجود دارد.

Abstract: The aim of this study was to determine the relationship between personality traits and parenting styles on psychological capital. For this purpose, 270 students of Tabriz University were selected by Non-random available sampling method, in the form of a descriptive correlational design. McCray and Costa NEO-Five factor Inventory( NEO-FFI), Buri parental authority scale(PAQ) and Psychological Capital Questionnaire (PCQ) were used to measure variables. Data were analyzed using Multiple regression analysis method as well as SPSS software. The results showed that among the five major factors of personality, neuroticism and agreeableness have a significant negative relationship with psychological capital and extroversion, openness to experience, conscientiousness have a positive significant relationship with psychological capital. There is also positive significant relationship between authoritative parenting style and a permissive parenting style with psychological capital
