نيمي از جمعيت روستايي و عشايري كشور را زنان تشكيل مي دهند كه در پايداري خانوار روستايي از چند جنبه نقش تعيين كننده، حياتي و چندمنظوره دارند. اهميت زنان روستايي به عنوان نيروي انساني نه تنها در فعاليت‏هاي خانگي است، بلكه آنها در فعاليت¬هاي توليدي نيز نقش مهمي ايفا مي‏كنند. در ميان راه‏هاي گوناگوني كه براي توانمندسازي زنان در ابعاد و سطوح مختلف وجود دارد،صندوق خرد روستايي يكي از اين مسيرها است. هدف كلي پژوهش حاضر بررسي نقش صندوق‏های اعتبارات خرد بر توانمندسازی زنان روستایی شهرستان عجب شير بود. اين تحقيق از نظر ماهيت، از نوع پژوهش¬هاي كمي، از نظر هدف در زمره تحقيقات كاربردي و از جهت روش،توصيفي –همبستگي به شمار مي‏آيد. جامعه آماري اين تحقيق شامل 500 نفر از زنان شهرستان عجب شير كه در 15 صندوق خرد زنان روستايي عضويت دارند، مي‏باشند.. براي تعيين حجم نمونه ازجدول كرجسي - مورگان استفاده شد و حجم نمونه 218 نفر برآورد شدكه نمونه گيري به روش تصادفي ساده انجام شد. در این تحقیق ابزار گردآوری داده‌ها پرسشنامه بود. به‌ منظور تعیین روایی پرسشنامه از نظرات افراد صاحب نظر و متخصص در زمینه صندوق خرد روستايي و همچنین متخصصین و اساتید دانشگاه تبريز در قالب پنل متخصصین استفاده شد. همچنين جهت سنجش پایایی ابزار اندازه‌گیری از آلفای کرونباخ بر اساس پیش‌آزمون بر روی نمونه‏ی 30نفری استفاده گردید. مقدار آلفای کرونباخ برای پرسشنامه و مؤلفه‌های تحقیق 87/0 به دست آمد. در این تحقیق پس از جمع‌آوری داده‌ها، دسته‌بندی و پردازش داده ها با استفاده از نرم افزار SPSS23صورت گرفت. از آمار توصیفی و استنباطی جهت تجزیه وتحلیل داده‌ها استفاده شد. در این راستا، در بخش آمار توصیفی به توصیف و بررسی وضعیت موجود متغیرهای پژوهش با استفاده از آماره‌های توصیفی نظیر؛ فراوانی، درصد، میانگین، انحراف ‌معیار و ضریب ‌تغییرات و در بخش آمار استنباطي روش‏های مورد استفاده در این خصوص به سه دسته ضریب همبستگی(اسپيرمن) ،آزمون های مقايسه ميانگين(من ويتي و كروسكال واليس) و رگرسیون خطي تقسیم‏بندی شده‏‏‏اند. نتايج پژوهش نشان داد ويژگي‏هاي فردی و حرفه‏اي(سن، سطح تحصيلات، وضعيت تاهل، وضعيت شغلي، مدت زمان عضويت در صندوق و...) زنان عضو صندوق خرد روستايي رابطه‏‏اي معنادار با توانمندي زنان روستايي نداشت. اما بين ميزان دوره‏هاي آموزشي- ترويجي و مشاركت زنان در طرح صندوق خرد روستايي رابطه معناداري وجود داشت. همچنين نتايج تحليل رگرسيون نشان داد دوره¬هاي آموزش –ترويجي بيشترين تاثير را بر توانمندي زنان روستايي داشت

Abstract: Half of the country's rural and nomadic population is made up of women, who play a decisive, vital and multi-purpose role in the stability of the rural household in several aspects. The importance of rural women as human resources is not only in domestic activities, but they also play an important role in production activities. Among the various ways that exist to empower women in different dimensions and levels, the rural microfinance fund is one of these ways. The general purpose of this study was to investigate the role of microcredit funds on the empowerment of rural women in Ajab Shir. In terms of its nature, this research is a type of quantitative research, in terms of its purpose, it is considered as an applied research, and in terms of its method, it is descriptive-correlational. The statistical population of this research includes 500 women of Ajab Shir city who are members of 15 rural women's micro funds. To determine the sample size, the Karjesi-Morgan table was used and the sample size was estimated to be 218 people, which was selected by simple random sampling. Done. In this research, the data collection tool was a questionnaire. In order to determine the validity of the questionnaire, opinions of experts and experts in the field of rural micro-funds, as well as experts and professors of Tabriz University were used in the form of a panel of experts. Also, Cronbach's alpha was used to measure the reliability of the measurement tool based on the pre-test on a sample of 30 people. The value of Cronbach's alpha for the questionnaire and research components was 0.87. In this research, after data collection, data classification and processing was done using SPSS 23 software. Descriptive and inferential statistics were used to analyze the data. In this regard, in the descriptive statistics section, to describe and examine the current state of research variables using descriptive statistics such as; Frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation and coefficient of variation and in the inferential statistics section, the methods used in this regard are divided into three categories: correlation coefficient (Spearman), mean comparison tests (Man Witty and Kruskal-Wallis) and linear regression. have been The results of the research showed that the personal and professional characteristics (age, education level, marital status, employment status, duration of membership in the fund, etc.) of women members of the rural microfinance fund had no significant relationship with the empowerment of rural women. However, there was a significant relationship between the amount of educational-promotional courses and women's participation in the rural micro-fund plan. Also, the results of the regression analysis showed that the educational-promotional courses had the greatest effect on the empowerment of rural women.
