کلان شهر مشهد به عنوان مرکز استان خراسان رضوی، با دارا بودن بیمارستان‌ها و مراکز درمانی مجهز و پیشرفته جهت ارائه‌صی خدمات درمانی مناسب، و با عنایت به این امر که گردشگران مسلمان به یمن وجود سراسر برکت بارگاه هشتمین امام شیعیان، حضرت امام رضا)ع(، درمان و شفای خود را در این محیط معنوی جست و جو می کنند، سالانه گردشگران زیادی را به خود جذب کرده و به عنوان مهم ترین قطب گردشگری پزشکی در شرق کشور و یکی از مهم ترین قطب های گردشگری پزشکی در کشور خود را مطرح نموده است .هدف اصلی این پژوهش، شناسایی و اولویت بندی عوامل مؤثر بر توسعة گردشگری پزشکی شهر مشهد با تأکید بر گردشگران داخلی می-باشد .تفکیک معیارصها و عوامل توسعة گردشگری پزشکی شهر مشهد و مقایسه‌صی دیدگاه‌صهای کارشناسان و گردشگران پزشکی داخلی در ارتباط با اولویت بندی این عوامل از اهداف فرعی این پژوهش می‌صباشد .پژوهش حاضر از لحاظ هدف، کاربردی و از نظر جمع آوری داده ها، توصیفی از نوع پیمایشی است .در این پژوهش، پرسشنامه‌صای مشتمل بر ‮‭۲‬ بخش با روش نمونه گیری در دسترس تنظیم گردیده است که در آن، جهت اولویت بندی عوامل مؤثر در توسعة گردشگری پزشکی شهر مشهد از نقطه نظر گردشگران پزشکی، از آزمون فریدمن و برای اولویت بندی عوامل مذکور از دید کارشناسان امر، از تکنیک فرآیند تحلیل سلسله مراتبی‮‭(AHP)‬ ، بهره گرفته شده است .بر اساس یافته‌صها، در اولویت بندی عوامل مؤثر بر توسعة گردشگری پزشکی شهر مشهد از نقطه نظر گردشگران پزشکی و کارشناسان، تفاوت چشمگیری وجود ندارد .در مورد زیرعوامل نیز غیر از زیرعوامل بخش تسهیلات و تجهیزات درمانی) که اولویت‌ها در بین گروه‌صها کاملا متفاوت هستند (و دو بخش" تسهیلات مسافرتی و گردشگری "و" به صرفگی هزینه ها) "که اولویت‌صهای دو گروه کمی با هم تفاوت دارند (در مابقی بخش‌صها اولویت بندی زیرعوامل از دیدگاه هر دو گروه تقریبا مشابه به هم هستند .نتایج این پژوهش نشان داد " تسهیلات و تجهیزات درمانی پیشرفته "و" تخصص و مهارت پزشکان و کارکنان درمانی "به ترتیب مهم‌صترین عوامل مؤثر در انتخاب مقصد پزشکی از دیدگاه گردشگران پزشکی و کارشناسان می‌صباشد .عامل " به صرفه بودن هزینه ها " نیز از دید هر دو گروه از اهمیت کم‌صتری برخوردار است

Mashhad, as a capital of Khorasan Razavi province, with having modern and advanced hospitals and medical centres, and because of Imam Reza Holy Shrine existence in this city has attracted many people around the country. Mashhad is known as the only tourism hub in the east of Iran and one of the greatest medical tourism hubs in the country. The main purpose in this study is to determine and prioritize factors affecting on medical tourism development in Mashhad that emphasizes on domestic tourists. To separate factors affecting on medical tourism development and to compare the experts and domestic medical tourists viewpoints with respect to prioritize this factors are side purposes in this study. This study is an applied research and with regard to data collection, is a survey research. In this study the questionnaire that is distributed by method of convenience sampling consists of 2 sections. To prioritize factors affecting on medical tourism development from viewpoint of medical tourists in Mashhad, Friedman test is applied and to prioritize these factors from viewpoint of experts, AHP technique is applied, too. According to findings, there are not considerable differences in prioritizing factors affecting on medical tourism development between viewpoint of experts and medical tourists. About the side factors, except "professional medical facilities and equipment" segment (that priorities of groups are completely different), and also "travel and tourist facilities" and "low cost services" segments (that priorities of groups are different insignificantly), other side factors are prioritized approximately in the same way from the viewpoint of these two groups. The results have confirmed that "Professional medical facilities and equipment" and "expertise and skills of hospital staff", respectively, are the most important factors in medical destination selection from viewpoint of medical tourists and experts. Low medical costs have the lowest importance in medical tourism development, basis on two groups
