امروزه هدف اکثر کشورها، توسعه و پیشرفت اقتصادی است .از این رو سرمایهگذاری یکی از ارکان اصلی توسعه پایدار در اقتصاد هر کشوری محسوب میشود و از اهمیت ویژهای برخوردار است .چراکه لازمهی پیشرفت هرکشوری، سرمایه- گذاری در بخشهای مختلف اقتصادی است .لذا میتوان گفت، رشد اقتصادی و افزایش رفاه عمومی در بلند مدت بدون توجه به سرمایهگذاری و عوامل مهم موجود در محیط سرمایهگذاری که بر آن تأثیر میگذارد امکانپذیر نیست .از اینرو هدف این پژوهش شناسایی عوامل مؤثر بر گرایش سرمایهگذاران به توسعه سرمایهگذاری است که در شهرک فنآوری خودرو تبریز مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است .تکنیکهای برگزیده برای انجام این پژوهش، دلفی و فرآیند تحلیل سلسله مراتبی‮‭(AHP‬ ( میباشد .پژوهش حاضر از نظر روش، پیمایشی و از حیث هدف، کاربردی است و ابزار پژوهش پرسشنامه بوده و نمونه آماری از بین مدیران بنگاههای شهرک فنآوری خودرو تبریز، سرمایهگذاران و کارشناسان شرکتهای خصوصی سازمان صنایع استان آذربایجان شرقی انتخاب شدهاند .پس از شناسایی عوامل اثرگذار با استفاده از روش دلفی، نتیجه حاصل از آن، مبین هشت عامل مؤثر یعنی ص‌امکانات، ص‌اقتصادی، ص‌سیاستگذاریهای دولت، ص‌امنیتی، ص‌قوانین و مقررات، ص‌مدیریت داخلی، ص‌فرهنگی و ص‌ویژگیهای فردی سرمایهگذار میباشد .در نهایت برای وزندهی و اولویتبندی این عوامل از نرم افزار‮‭Expert Choice‬ و از مدل فرآیند تحلیل سلسله مراتبی ‮‭AHP‬ استفاده گردید .نتایج حاصل از تکنیک‮‭AHP‬ نشان میدهد که به ترتیب عوامل ص‌اقتصادی، ص‌سیاستگذاریهای دولت، ص‌امنیتی، ص‌قوانین و مقررات، ص‌امکانات، ص‌مدیریت داخلی، ص‌ویژگیهای فردی سرمایهگذار و در نهایت ص‌عامل فرهنگی به عنوان مهمترین عوامل مؤثر بر گرایش سرمایهگذاران به توسعه سرمایهگذاری قلمداد میشوند

Nowadays, the goal of most countries is economic development and progress. Therefore, the investment have a particular importance and is one of the key elements of sustainable development in the economy of each country; because the investment is prerequisite to the development of a country in various sectors of the economy. Thus it can be said that economic development and public welfare increase is not possible in the long term, regardless of the important factors available in investment environment that affect it. Therefore, the purpose of this research is identification of the factors affecting the tendency of investors to develop investment which has been studied in automative technology park of Tabriz. The selected techniques for doing this research were Delphi and Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). The present study, from the methodological view is survey, and in terms of the target is practical. The research instrument was the questionnaire, and the statistical sample have been selected from the managers of the automobile technology park enterprises of Tabriz, investors and experts of private companies of the industry organization of East Azerbaijan province. The result after identifying the influencing factors by the use of Delphi, represents the eight factors of the "facilities", "economy", "government policies", "security", "rules and regulations", "local management", "cultural" and "individual investment properties . Finally it was used Expert Choice software and the Analytical Hierarchy Process AHP model for the valuation and prioritization of these factors. The obtained results by the AHP technique indicate that "economic", "government policies ", "security", "rules and regulations", "facilities ", "local management", "individual investment properties" and finally the "cultural" factors respectively, are considered as the most important factors affecting the tendency of investors to develop investment
