در اين پايان نامه ابتدا مفاهيم و تعاريف بنيادي سيستم هاي ديناميكي را توضيح مي دهيم. به عنوان كاربردياز مدل بندي رياضي سراغ بيماريهاي عفوني مي رويم. به عنوان يك مطالعه موردي مدل بندي بيماري HIVرادر نظر مي گيريم. براي تخمين پارامترها در مدل حاصل، از داده هاي مربوط به بيماري HIV/AIDSاستفادهمي كنيم.كاربرد رفتار ديناميكي مدل را بررسي كرده و تصاوير فازي را رسم مي كنيم. تاثير درمان در مرحله نهفته و درمرحله عفوني را مورد بررسي قرار مي دهيم. براي تاييد موارد نظري بيان شده، شبيه سازي هاي عددي لازم را انجاممي دهيم
Text of Note
In this thesis, we first present the basic concepts and definitions of dynamical systems.Then we study infectious diseases to show the application of mathematical model. We considerHIV modelling as a study case. We use HIV/AIIDS data to estimate the resulting model.Examine the dynamic behavior of the model then sketch the phase portraits. Finally, weperform the numerical simulation to confirm the theoretical cases
