بافتهای تاریخی به عنوان هسته اولیه شهرها مهمترین و حساسترین فضاهای یک شهر را تشکیل میدهند .موجودیت ارزشی بافتهای تاریخی و بناهای موجود در آن علاوه بر زیباییهای کالبدی، نمادی فرهنگی- اجتماعی و یادمان ملی هستند .این بافتها قلب سازمان فضایی شهر می باشند که نتوانسته اند خود را در شرایط تکاملی و با روند تحول و دگرگونی همساز گردانند .در واقع این بافتها پویایی و سرزندگی خود را از دست نداده اند ولی بنا به دلایل مختلف با شرایط امروزی جامعه به لحاظ تامین نیازهای اولیه ، هماهنگ نیستند .سایت مورد مطالعه و بافت پیرامون آن در داخل بافت تاریخی و هسته اولیه شهر واقع شده است .این محدوده یکی از مهمترین قطبهای تجاری ، فرهنگی و تاریخی شهر تبریز محسوب می شود .وجود خدمات محلی ، نبود فضاهای سبز ، وجود زمین های مخروبه و بناهای متروکه ، فقدان فضاهای فرهنگی و ورزشی و ... مواجه است و این مشکلات موجب کاهش جمعیت این محدوده که زمانی جزو آبادترین و ثروتمندترین محله های شهر بوده ، و در نتیجه جابجایی اقشار اصیل و بومی منطقه با مهاجران که اغلب اقشار کم درآمد بوده که حتی توانایی تعمیر و نگهداری منازل مسکونی خود را ندارند ، شده است .در نتیجه بافت تاریخی با تضعیف فعالیت و کالبد مواجه شده و روز به روز بر فرسودگی آن افزوده خواهد شد .لذا این پایاننامه تحت عنوان : ص احیای بافت تاریخی فرهنگی کلانشهر ها از جنبه های معماری و شهر سازی ، مطا لعه موردی محدوده ی تربیت کلانشهر تبریز در راستای اهداف زیر تدوین شده است : حفظ ارزشهای تاریخی و احیای فضایی وعملکردی آنها ، ایجاد پویایی و سرزندگی هرچه بیشتر در محدوده، بیان پیشنهاداتی جهت ساماندهی کالبدی، اجتماعی و فرهنگی و تقویت پیوندهای اجتماعی ، ارایه راهکارهایی جهت اصلاح شبکه معابر و ارتقاء عملکرد آن وهمچنینپیشنهاداتی جهت ایجاد و حفظ فضاهای شهری و حفظ روحیه تاریخی در محدوده در این تحقیق نظریات و دیدگاههای اندیشمندان ، قطعنامه ها و مصوبات جهانی در خصوص امرمداخله بررسی، وبا توجه به نمونه هایی درایران وجهان، چارچوب نظری ارایه میگردد .این چارچوب شامل شیوه اقدام : بهسازی روش مداخله در بافت ، روش موضعیموضوعی ومعیا رهایی منبعث از اصول مداخله از نظر اندیشمندان می باشد . درپیشنهادات جهت ساماندهی بافت براساس این راهبردها و سیاستها واصول، لزوم توجه به، تعریضمعابر، تفکیک سواره و پیاده،تقویت مسیرهای مخصوص پیاده و ایجاد فضاهای باز و سبز در داخل بافت، مدنظر قرار گرفته است . این عوامل در جهت افزایش تعاملات اجتماعی وایجاد راسته های تجاری محلی جهت بر آوردن نیازهای ساکنین موثر است .از نقاط مهم دیگر تامین پارکینگ مورد نیاز ساکنین بافت می باشد که باید به صورت پارکینگ های جمعی در نظر گرفته شود.همچنین برای پویایی و سرزندگی هرچه بیشتر محدوده ، کاربری های مختلط از جمله راسته های تجاری، باشگاه ورزشی ، سفره خانه سنتی باید در کنار هم مطرح گردند

Cultural Context of Metropolises from Aspects of Architecture and Urbanism, Case Study Tarbiat Region of Tabriz Metropolis to satisfy these goals: preserving historical values and their spatial and functional revival, creating more dynamicity and liveliness in the region, presenting suggestions for structural, social, and cultural organizing and reinforcing social bonds, presenting strategies to modify street networks and improving their function, and also giving proposals to create and retain urban spaces and to preserve historical status in the region. Viewpoints of experts and international legislations and resolutions on interference and investigation are introduced in this research and theoretical framework is presented according to samples in Iran and the world. This framework includes mode of action: optimizing interference method for context, local and subjective method, and criteria formed from interference principals from thinkers viewpoints. In suggestions for organizing context based on these strategies, policies, and principals, the necessity of paying attention to widening of streets, isolating pedestrian and roadway, reinforcing paths for pedestrian, and creating green and open spaces inside the context have been considered. These factors are effective in increasing social interactions and creating local commercial rows in order to satisfy the needs of habitants. Other important point was to provide required parking for habitants of the context which should be considered as collective parking. Also for higher dynamicity and liveliness of the region mixed functions such as commercial rows, sport club, and traditional restaurants should be considered together -income classes who cannot even afford fixing and maintaining their residential. As a result historical context will face weakness in activity and body and its exhaustion will be increase day to day. So this dissertation has been developed with title of: Revival of Historical-social symbols and national memorial as well as structural beauties. These contexts are heart of special organization of city which could not accord themselves with evolutionary conditions and transformational procedures. In fact these contexts preserved their dynamicity and liveliness but are not in accordance with current status of society in terms of fulfilling basic needs for different reasons. The site under study and context around it is located inside the historical context and initial core of the city. This area is considered as one of the most important commercial, cultural, and historical poles of Tabriz. Existence of local services, lack of green spaces, presence of desolated lands and abandoned buildings, lack of cultural and sportive spaces and etc. all lead to decrease in population of this area where once upon a time was one of the most prosperous and richest allies of the city, and consequently replacement of noble and local habitants with low-Historical contexts as the primary cores of cities conforms the most important and the most intensive spaces of a city.
