.In the history of Iran literature, Hafez has influenced on every poet. The poets have followed the Khajeh's sonnets and used rare words and compounds of his poetical works. When we study the poetical works of Molla Mohamamd Fozooli, we see the sonnets which have exactly the same rhythm, rhyme, and row that exists in Hafez's poetry. And sometimes the equivocations in the poetry of Hafez exist in the poetical works of Fozooli. In addition to Hafez's influences in the form of Fozooli's poetry, the common features between the contents of their poetry are considerable. By profound attention to poetry, we understand that these common features in content could not be a simple influence of imitation. By regarding social, political, and religious aspects of Fozooli's age, we understand that there is a kind of sympathy between them. Both of them lived in ages which refractoriness of kings and hypocrisy of ascetics was explicit. And some dishonest religious persons deviated the thoughts of people. In this situation, no liberal human can stay indifferent. Even if Fozooli didn't know Hafez, he would follow the gnostic way and fight with the hypocrites of his age. But, poetical works of Khajeh show the ways to Fozooli to advance his ideas. Fozooli is an amorous poet who has studied Gnosticism and in his sonnets he regards poetry of Hafez. In this thesis, it is tried to study the thoughts and common content features between Hafez's and Fozooli's sonnets. Different contents are expressed from the point of view of both poets and verses with common contents are analyzed
