از آنجا که وجود گردشگران می¬تواند موجب درآمدزایی برای مردم یک شهر یا کشور شود، سیاست توسعه گردشگری در سطح شهری و کشوری مورد توجه سیاست¬گذاران است. دفاتر خدماتی گردشگری معمولاً در این ‌باره نقش مهمی ایفا کرده و این پژوهش با هدف بررسی نقش این دفاتر بر توسعه گردشگری شهر تبریز انجام شد. روش پژوهش حاضر، کمی و توصیفی از نوع همبستگی و شیوه جمع¬آوری داده¬ها و اطلاعات، اسنادی و میدانی بوده است. جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل کلیه کارمندان بیمه‌شده آژانس‌های خدمات مسافرتی دارای مجوز از شهرداری تبریز بوده که تعداد 122 آژانس و 1464 کارمند بیمه‌شده بود. روش تعیین حجم نمونه، با استفاده از فرمول کوکران صورت گرفته است، همچنین نمونه‌گیری به‌ صورت تصادفی ساده در دسترس و انتخاب 304 نفر از بین کل جامعه بوده و این تعداد مبنای پژوهش قرار گرفت. ضمن بررسی مدل در نرم‌افزار تحلیل مسیر، چنین اثبات شد که پارامترهای دانش و مهارت کارمندان، فناوری اطلاعات، توانمندسازی کارکنان، عملکرد کارکنان و تعداد آژانس‌ها؛ در سطح معنی‌داری 05/0 به ترتیب اولویت بیان‌شده بر جذب گردشگر تأثیر داشته و با ارتقاء هر یک از این متغیرها، می‌توان به رشد صنعت گردشگری شهر تبریز کمک کرد.

Because tourists can generate income for the people of a city or country, medical development treatment is needed at the city and country levels. The travel of travel agencies has played a significant role in this sector and this study has been conducted with the aim of investigating the role of these offices for the development of tourism in Tabriz. Research Method In the present study, there has been little description of the type of correlation and the method of collecting data and information, documentary and field. The statistical population of the research includes all employees of travel agency insurance services licensed by the Municipality of Tabriz, of which there are 122 agencies and 1464 employees of budget insurance. Appropriate sampling method has been done using Cochran's formula, also a sample of simple random options using 304 people from the community is available and this number of researches has been exposed. Examining the model in the path analysis software, it was proved that the student parameters and staff skills, technology information, staff empowerment, performance and the number of agencies available; At the level of significance with 0.05, respectively, is the first prominent expression of the active tourist, and by upgrading each of these variables, this helped the growth of the industrial industry of Tabriz
