تولیدات کشاورزی به ویژه فراورده‌صهای دامی جایگاه مهمی در تامین نیازهای غذایی جامعه دارد .طی دهه‌صهای گذشته گوشت مرغ به عنوان یک محصول دامی سریع‌صترین رشد را از نظر تولید، مصرف و تجارت گوشت در جهان داشته است .بدین ترتیب نظر به اهمیت تولید گوشت مرغ به عنوان یک محصول پروتئینی استراتژیک ضرورت مطالعه پیرامون ابعاد اقتصادی این صنعت نمایان می‌صشود .در این بین، با توجه به بازده پایین عوامل تولید و تنوع اندازه واحدهای مرغداری در کشور ایران، بررسی کارایی واحدها و ارتباط آن با اندازه بنگاه‌صهای تولیدی در راستای بهره‌صگیری مطلوب و اقتصادی از منابع موجود ضروری به نظر می‌صرسد .مطالعه حاضر با هدف بررسی رابطه کارایی تکنیکی و اندازه واحدهای مرغداری شهرستان سنقر و کلیایی در سال ‮‭۱۳۸۸‬ به انجام رسید .برای انجام این مطالعه داده‌صهای مورد نیاز از طریق تکمیل پرسشنامه از ‮‭۱۰۰‬ واحد مرغداری گوشتی فعال شهرستان سنقر و کلیایی جمع‌صآوری گردید .جهت تحلیل داده‌صها و نیل به هدف مطالعه از برآورد تابع تولید مرزی تصادفی استفاده شد .نتایج گزینش و برآورد تابع تولید لئونتیف تعمیم‌صیافته نشان داد که واحدهای مرغداری گوشتی شهرستان از نهاده‌صهای دان و انرژی بیش از حد نیاز و از نهاده‌صهای خدمات بهداشت و درمان و همچنین نیروی کار در ناحیه اقتصادی یعنی دوم استفاده می‌صکنند .دامنه کارایی تکنیکی‮‭۲۲/۶۹ - ۱۰۰‬ با میانگین ‮‭۱۷/۸۲‬ درصد محاسبه گردید .در بررسی عوامل مؤثر بر ناکارایی تکنیکی مشخص شد که عواملی مانند تعداد جوجه یکروزه، سطح تجهیزات و تعداد دوره-های تولید در سال دارای اثر مثبت معنی‌صدار بر کارایی تکنیکی دارند .نهایتا تحلیل رگرسیونی وجود رابطه مثبت بین کارایی تکنیکی و اندازه واحدهای مرغداری گوشتی شهرستان سنقر و کلیایی را تایید نمود .بدین ترتیب می‌صتوان استنباط نمود که بهبود تجهیزات، افزایش تعداد دوره‌صهای تولید و گسترش اندازه واحدهای تولیدی کوچک می‌صتواند به ارتقای کارایی در منطقه کمک نماید

Agriculture product specially animal product has an important position in the securement of food needs of society. In the late decade, poultry meat is an animal product that it have has the fastest growing component of global meat production, consumption, and trade. Thus, due to importance of the poultry meat as a strategic protein product, the study urgency peer about of economic dimention of this industry. This across, according to low revenue of factor product and variation of poultry units' size in Iran, it seems to be necessary to efficiency units' survey and its relation to the size of products corporations to favorite use and economic of the available resources. The objective of this study is to survey the relationship between technical efficiency and poultry size in Sonqor- Kolyaee county in 2009. The required data were collected with completion questionnaire from 100 active poultry meat firms in Sonqor- Kolyaee county. In order to analysis the data, estimation stochastic frontier production function were use. The selection and estimation of generalized Leontief production function shows that the poultry meat farms of county use the feed and energy inputs more than necessary amounts, and the health care services and labour force use inputs in the economic stage. The estimate of technical efficiency shows that the technical efficiency of meat poultry in Sonqor- Kolyaee county ranges between 69.22 and 100, with mean of 82.17 percent. In the survey of the factors affecting technical inefficiency became clear that, some factors such as number of hatching, the level of unit's equipment, the number of period products in the year have a signification positive relation to technical efficiency. Finally Regression analysis confirmed positive relationship between technical efficiency and the size of poultry firms Sonqor- Kolyaee county. Thus can be inferred that improve equipment and increase the number priods production and expnd small units can asist to improve performance.
