The numerical solution of, kinds of engineering problems, specially structural problems, result is containing linear algebraic equation systems, finite element, finite difference, stiffness, flexibility methods, and ... for analysis of structures, result is containing linear equation systems. One of the solutions of linear equation systems is iterative method. Moment distribution method for analysis of structures works on iterative methods, in this method the linear equation systems that provided in slop-deflection method solves by iterative solution, that works on Gauss-Seidel method.n this thesis with researching in moment distribution method shows that the sentence of distribution method that provided in each iterative cycles, sentences of convergence series, and we can solve infinite distribution sentences, that converges to exact solution with simple sentence. We show that the sum of infinite iteration cycles converges to the exact solution and formulated with a very simple sentence. with application of trigonomic series concepts in moment distribution method in continuous beam analysis, that this problem stiffness matrix is tridiagonal and positive definite, we can formulate in general solutionThis subject that, tridiagonal systems solution can formulate in general solution seems be important concept in mathematic since
