دو کشور ایران و منطقه کردستان عراق با توجه به وجود مرزهای مشترک از پتانسیل‌صهای زیادی جهت گسترش مبادلات تجاری برخوردارند .هدف اصلی این تحقیق بررسی فرصت‌صها و مشکلات صادرات به کردستان عراق می‌صباشد .آمار و اطلاعات مورد نیاز از طریق پرسشنامه‌صای شامل چهل و چهار سؤال با مقیاس پنج گزینه‌صای طیف لیکرت جمع آوری شده و بر اساس شاخص‌صهای مختلف فرصت‌صها و مشکلات صادرات به کردستان عراق را مورد سنجش قرار می‌صدهد .نتایج حاصل از تجزیه و تحلیل اطلاعات به دست آمده نشان می‌صدهد که فقدان تجهیزات و امکانات زیربنایی، سیستم اطلاع رسانی نامناسب، عدم پشتیبانی و تضمین مالی صادرکنندگان، کیفیت پایین کالاهای صادراتی، فقدان نهادهای تحقیقاتی و نمایندگی‌صهای ارائه خدمات، عدم حاکمیت رویکرد اقتصادی در مدیریت بازارچه-های مرزی و ...از مشکلات عمده صادرات به کردستان عراق بوده و در راستای گسترش صادرات به کردستان عراق به عنوان عاملی منفی و بازدارنده ایفای نقش نموده‌صاند .همچنین مواردی از قبیل عدم برخورداری عراق از ثبات سیاسی لازم و کاهش سرمایه‌صگذاری در امور تولیدی، افزایش درآمد مردم کردستان عراق، برخورداری از مشترکات فرهنگی،دینی و قومی با ایران، وجود روابط سیاسی و دیپلماتیک خوب بین ایران و کردستان عراق و برخورداری مناطق هم‌صمرز با ایران از امنیت بیشتر از عمده‌صترین عوامل شکل گیری و گسترش صادرات به کردستان عراق می‌صباشند

Abstract: Iran and Iraq with regard to common boundary have high potentials for commercial transactions. The main purpose of the present study is investigation of opportunity and difficult of exports to Iraq's Kurdistan.Data used for present study was gathered by questionnaire. Also, study documents and evidences have been assembled by field method. Thus a Questionnaire was designed based to Likert scale which included 44 questions with 5 multiple choices. The study questions can evaluate opportunities and problems of exports to Iraq's Kurdistan according to various indexes. Results of data analysis shows that lack of infrastructural materials and equipments, unsuitable information system, unprotected and none financial guarantee from exporters, low quality of exported goods, Lack of researching organs and giving-service a representations, No approach to economic governance in the management of border markets. These problems have really important role in preventing exporting to Iraq's Kurdistan. Also, no politic constancy and decrease of investment in manufacturing function, increase of incomes of Kurdish people in Iraq, having a cultural, religion and racial commons with Iran, good politic and diplomatic relationships between Iran and Iraq as well more security in common frontier localities are more major reasons from formation and expansion of exports to Iraq's Kurdistan.
