شناخت عوامل متعدد از جمله وجود ترک ها، واگرایی خاک، نفوذپذیری، عدم وجود فیلتر یا عدم کارایی فیلتر که منجر به ایجاد پدیده رگاب میگردد و ارایه راهکارهای مناسب جهت کنترل و در مواردی ترمیم و بهبود این عوامل سبب ایجاد شرایط مناسب در پایایی و ایمنی بالای سدهای خاکی خواهد گردید .بررسی مشخصات هسته سد خاکی به عنوان بخش اصلی سد و توجه به موضوع خودترمیمی که به عنوان یکی از ویژگی های مثبت رس همواره مورد توجه محققان بوده است از اهمیت ویژه ای برخوردار می باشد .همچنین توجه به فیلتر که پس از بخش اصلی یعنی هسته اساسی ترین بخش در سدهای خاکی می باشد و توانایی کنترل و ترمیم ترک های احتمالی در هسته را داراست از موضوعات قابل توجه دیگر می باشد .و بررسی اثرات متقابل هسته-فیلتر با لحاظ خاصیت خودترمیمی رس به منظور دستیابی به مطلوب ترین معیار ارزیابی هسته و فیلتر در مواجه با پدیده رگاب قابل توجه می باشد .در این پژوهش به دنبال ایده ترک های حداقلی و خودترمیمی سریع در هسته سدهای خاکی خواهیم بود .تا هسته سد نه تنها در مقابل پدیده رگاب دارای پایداری مناسب باشد بلکه خودترمیمی خاک های رسی هسته و اثرات مثبت فیلتر بر روی آن قابل تأیید باشد .در تحقیق حاضر نمونه ها از منابع قرضه گرگر در ساختگاه سد مخزنی گردیان با هسته رسی و ارتفاع ۴۰ متر از پی سد و طول تاج ۱۴۲۰ متر و با حجم مخزن ۲۳ میلیون مترمکعب و مشخصات جغرافیایی۴۵ ، ۳۹طول شرقی و۵۳ ، ۳۸عرض شمالی در ۵ کیلومتری شمال هادی شهر واقع گردیده است تهیه و به آزمایشگاه منتقل گردید .که شامل خاک های رسی با خاصیت خمیری کم (CL) براساس طبقهبندی متحد بود، و با اضافه کردن درصدهای وزنی مختلف آهک (۲۵/۰ ، ۵/۰ ، ۱ ،۵/۱ ، ۲ ، ۴ و ( ۵ و بنتونیت (۵/۲ ، ۵ ، ۵/۷ ، ۱۰ ، ۵/۱۲ ، ۱۵ ، ۵/۱۷ و ( ۲۰ و ترکیب آهک و بنتونیت به نسبت ۱:۵ و ۱:۱۰محدوده مناسبی از خاصیت خمیری رس که در حدود ۶.۲

In the present study, samples from Gargar borrow pits in Gordian reservoir dam site with clay core and height of 40 meters from the dam base and crown length of 1420m with reservoir volume of 23 million m3 and geographical characteristics of 45.39 east longitude and 53.38 north latitude It is located 5 km north of Hadishahr prepared and transferred to the laboratory. This included clay soils with low plasticity properties of the soil (CL) based on a unified classification, and by adding different weight percentages of lime (0.25, 0.5, 1, 1.5, 2, 4 and 5) and bentonite (2.5, 5, 7.5, 10, 12.5, 15, 17.5 and 20) and the composition of lime and bentonite in the ratio of 1:5 and 1:10 a good range of clay plasticity properties of the soil, which was about 6.2< PI <30.8, was created in the samples. Various experiments were performed to determine the geotechnical indices on the samples in the form of different compounds, in the optimum moisture range, and the pinhole test was performed in 1, 8, 15 and 22 day time cycles while maintaining the conditions of compacted moisture on the samples. Also, to evaluate the swelling conditions of the samples, a consolidation test was performed by evaluating and comparing the results of all samples with 4 samples of base soils (10 bentonite, 1 lime, 10 bentonite with 1 lime and 2 lime with 10 bentonite). ) That had favorable conditions to improve the self-healing in the core of earth dams will be investigated. So that the core of the earth dam is not only stable against the piping phenomenon but also the self-healing properties in order to achieve the most desirable criteria for evaluating the core and filter in the face of the piping phenomenon is significant. In this research, the idea of minimal cracks and rapid self-filter interactions in terms of clay self-healing, which has always been considered by researchers as one of the positive properties of clay. Also, paying attention to the filter, which is the most basic part in earth dams after the main part, i.e. the core, and has the ability to control and repair possible cracks in the core, is another significant issue. The study of core-Recognition of various factors such as the presence of cracks, dispersivity of soil, permeability, lack of filter or filter inefficiency that leads to the phenomenon of piping and providing appropriate solutions to control and in some cases heal and improve these factors will create suitable conditions for high reliability and safety of earth dams.
