مشکلات حومه نشینی در نیمه دوم قرن بیستم برای شهرهای بزرگ حادتر شد. مراکز شهری جمعیت خود را به نفع حومه ها از دست دادند ولی خود حومه ها نیز با مشکلاتی روبه رو بودندکه جدایی شدید کاربریهای اصلی ، نبود امنیت‌و استفاده بیش از حد از اتومبیل شخصی و آلودگی و تخریب زیست محیطی از جمله این مشکلات بود . برای ساماندهی وضعیت موجود شهرها و حومه ها، شهرسازی نوین از طرف شهرسازانی چون آندرس دوانی،پیترکالثروپ خانم الیزابت پلتر زیبریک دراواخر قرن بیستم مطرح شد

village, we can prevent the formless growing of Malekan .On the whole ,organizing and putting the Malekan in harmony helps to its sustainability development-pedestrian complexes and also was along the static habitual urbanization goals. These programs have been based on areas and human being .Malekan is one of the southern cities in East Azerbaijan that in the last years had many physical development .Its main develops are based on gardens and rich fields .It had the most ecological ruinment in the last years .In this study ,by using the main three modern urbanization we try to organize the interior parts of city in that our main focus is on the basic crossroads and making urban villages .The basic information has been taken from the related organizations .The maps of the Autodesk have been changed to the output maps .According to this study findings and organizing the cities ,we can prevent the gardens and ecological ruinment .By making urban-village are introduced for organizing and solving the problems of these cities in USA and the other developed countries . The main perspective of these three was making habitual- traditional neighborhood , Transit oriented Development and urban-In the second half of 20th century the problem of urbanization became severe .city centers lost their population for suburbs but they ,themselves ,faced with some problems from which we can mention the main functionalities such as severe segmentation ,lack of safety and much more using of private cars ,pollution and destroying the environment .In the late of 20th century ,in order to organize the cities present situation and suburbs ,the modern urbanization is introduced by .
