Job security is an assurance that occurs by the laws and regulations to guarantee, continuity and continuation of legal and legitimate work of people and preventing the unauthorized infringement." The effects and benefits of job security for workers and more importantly for the development of economic, social and cultural of society is not covered of a person. So Nowadays, not only the International Labor Organization but also many countries have developed special rules to guarantee the job security of labors. In the legal system of our country, also, the job security has noticed and has endorsed in different laws. In this regard along with constitution, labor law is the most important source. In the present thesis has tried to laws and regulations guaranteeing the job security of workers in legal system of our country with the central labor law should be analyzed. The most important supported cases of labor law about job security of labors who in this thesis has been paid to them, are including the following titles: Maintain and continuous of occupation by make the contract work. Suspending contract of work when its implement is impossible and employer obligation to continue working relationship with relevant employee after elimination of obstacles. Protecting labors when change the legal situation of workshop property. Necessary of presentation of legitimate reason for labor dismissal and endorsement the court.
