.K۱۹ and K۱۹/۱ lines (lines derived from MO۱۷) from American heterotic group Lancaster Sure Crop (LSC(, were assigned in a same group. Also, all lines derived from unknown source KL۱۷/۲, were placed together. The American heterotic group inbred lines, Iowa Stiff Stalk Synthetic (RYD), including: B۷۳, B۸۴ and A۶۷۹ were grouped along with A۶۳۲ in all grouping methods. Principal component analysis confirmed the result of cluster analysis خ .Information about genetic variation level in the plant germplasms and determination of relationships among breeding material is the first step in plant breeding programs. In present study, genetic diversity and relationships of ۶۷ maize (Zea mays L.) inbred lines which are used in maize breeding programs of Iran were evaluated using ۴۰ microsatellite loci. Genomic DNA extracted from plant leaf samples and amplified with ۴۰ microsatellite primer pairs. PCR products were separated using ۶ polyacrylamid denaturing gel electrophoresis
