در سال‌صهای اخیردنیا به سمت تجارت جهانی و آزادی حرکت کرده، افزایش تولید از راه افزایش بهره‌صوری اهمیتی بیشتر یافته و کشورها برای افزایش بهره‌صوری، برنامه‌صریزی و اقدامات زیادی انجام داده‌صاند .مدیریت بهره‌صوری مستلزم شناخت اجزا و تحلیل تغییرات آن در پروسه‌ص توسعه است .در میان بخش‌صهای اقتصادی یک کشور در حال توسعه، بخش کشاورزی به عنوان تأمین‌صکننده غذای جامعه اهمیت قابل ملاحظه‌صای دارد .یکی از محصولات عمده کشاورزی، چغندرقند است که به طور مستقیم و غیرصمستقیم بخشی از نیازهای غذایی مردم را تأمین می‌صکند .در کشور ایران سهم و اهمیت چغندرقند در تولید شکر بسیار بالاست .با توجه به نیاز روز افزون کشور به مواد قندی و عدم تکافوی تولید داخلی، همه ساله مقادیر زیادی قند و شکر از خارج وارد گردیده است، لذا مطالعه‌صی حاضر با هدف تحلیل رشد بهره‌صوری کل عوامل تولید محصول چغندرقند در استان‌صهای آذربایجان‌صغربی، خراسان‌صرضوی، فارس، کرمانشاه، همدان و لرستان با استفاده از شاخص فیرپریمونت انجام گرفت .در این رهیافت با استفاده از تابع مسافت نهایتا تغییرات بهره‌صوری کل عوامل تولید به تغییرات تکنولوژی، کارایی و مقیاس تولید تجزیه می‌صشود .آمار و اطلاعات مورد نیاز از وزارت جهاد کشاورزی برای دوره زمانی سال‌صهای۱۳۷۹ - ۹۵تهیه گردید .نتایج نشان می‌صدهد که میانگین تغییرات بهره‌صوری کل عوامل تولید این محصول برای استان‌صهای مورد مطالعه دارای رشد مثبت بوده است .بررسی تغییرات متغیر بهره‌صوری کل و محاسبه اجزا آن، بیانگر آن است که در تولید چغندرقند تغییرات تکنولوژی باعث بهبود بهره‌صوری کل عوامل تولید در محصول چغندرقند شده است .هرچند این محصول با عدم کارایی در تولید مواجه نیز بوده است .به این ترتیب، استفاده از نمادهای تکنولوژی نظیر بذر اصلاح شده، آبیاری تحت فشار و ماشین‌صآلات مدرن می‌صتواند فرایند تولید محصول را اقتصادی‌صتر نماید

In recent years the world has moved towards world trade and freedom, increasing production through increased productivity has become more important and countries have done a great deal to increase productivity, planning and action. Productivity management requires identifying components and analyzing their changes in the development process. Also among the economic sectors of a developing country the agricultural sector is of great importance as a community food supplier. One of the major agricultural products is sugar beet which directly and indirectly provides a part of people's nutritional needs. In our country the share and importance of sugar beet in sugar production is very high. Given the country's increasing need for sugar and the lack of domestic production, large quantities of sugar are imported from abroad every year. Therefore, the present study aimed to analyze the total productivity growth of sugar beet crop production factors among West Azarbaijan, Khorasan Razavi, Fars, Kermanshah, Hamadan and Lorestan provinces using Fare Primont index. In this approach, using the distance function, the productivity changes of the total factors of production are finally broken down into changes in technology, efficiency, and scale of production. The required statistics and information are provided by the Ministry of Agriculture Jihad for the period of 2000-2016. The results show that the average productivity changes of the total factors of production of this product have been positive for the studied provinces. Considering the variable components of total productivity and the calculation of components for the product under study, it is observed in the sugar beet crop, changes in technology have improved the overall productivity of production factors in the sugar beet crop. However, this product has had some inefficiency in production
