سیلاب یکی از مخاطرات طبیعی شناخته شده می‌صباشد که در طول سالیان مدید بر فعالیت‌صها و زندگی اجتماعات انسانی تاثیرگذار بوده است .مدیریت این پدیده در گرو شناخت و رفتار متناسب در مقابل آن می‌صباشد .به طوری که بدون پیش بینی و پیشگیری از وقوع آن به هیچ وجه نمی‌صتوان در مقابل آن از سرمایه‌صهای مادی و معنوی نوع بشر محافظت نمود .این پدیده در نقاط کوهستانی به دلیل ویژگی‌صهای خاص این مناطق اهمیت بیشتری می‌صیابد که طی آن ممکن است زمین‌صهای کشاورزی، سکونتگاه‌صهای روستایی، راه‌صهای ارتباطی روستایی و زیرساخت‌صهای مرتبط با آن‌صها دچار آسیب اساسی شود .در این پژوهش با هدف پهنه بندی پتانسیل وقوع سیل در حوضه آبریز قلعه چای در شهرستان عجبشیر، از روش ‮‭ANP‬ بهره گیری شده است .با مطالعه مبانی نظری موجود در موضوع مورد نظر، ‮‭۸‬ معیار به عنوان معیارهای پهنه بندی استخراج و مورد استفاده قرار گرفت .نتایج حاصل از مدل ‮‭ANP‬ نشان دهنده این است که معیار بارش بیشترین اهمیت را دارد و در درجه بعدی کاربری اراضی و تراکم پوشش گیاهی در پتانسیل سیل خیزی تاثیر گذار می‌صباشد .پس از تهیه لایه مربوط به هر معیار با استفاده از نرم افزار‮‭ARC MAP‬ ، وزن مربوط به هر لایه در آن اعمال و با استفاده از روی هم گذاری لایه های، نقشه نهایی پتانسیل سیل خیزی منطقه تهیه گردید .نتایج نشان دهنده این است که بیشترین درصد از مساحت محدوده در طبقه ‮‭۴‬ از نظر پتانسیل سیل خیزی قرار گرفته است و برابر با ‮‭۳۶.۵۳‬ درصد از محدوده است، که پتانسیل سیل خیزی آن بالاتر از متوسط می‌صباشد .در رتبه بعدی از نظر مساحت، طبقه دوم قرار گرفته است که پایین تر از حد متوسط می‌صباشد و سهمی‌صبرابر با‮‭۲۶.۹۳‬ درصد را به خود اختصاص داده است

Flooding is one of the well-known natural hazards that have affected the activities and lives of human communities for many years. Managing this phenomenon depends on knowing and behaving appropriately against it. So that without the anticipation and prevention of its occurrence there can be no protection against the material and intellectual capital of mankind. This phenomenon is particularly important in mountainous areas due to the specific features of these areas, which may cause significant damage to agricultural lands, rural settlements, rural communication routes and associated infrastructures. In this study, ANP method was used to map the flood potential in Qale Chai Drainage basin in Ajabshir county. By studying the theoretical foundations of the subject, 8 criteria were extracted and used as zoning criteria. The results of the ANP model show that the rainfall criterion is the most important and in the second degree the land use and vegetation density affect the flood potential. After preparing the layer for each criterion using ARC MAP software, the weight of each layer was applied and the final flood potential map of the area was prepared using overlay. The results show that the highest percentage of area in the 4th floor is located in flood potential and is equal to 36.53 of the area, which is above average flood potential. Next in terms of area is the second floor, which is lower than the average and has a share of 26.93
