شایستگی فرهنگی توانایی برقراری ارتباط موثر و مناسب با مردمان فرهنگ های دیگر است .تنوع و تکثر جامعه ایران در ابعاد مختلف قومی، نژادی و فرهنگی مستلزم آن است که این مهم به نحوی شایسته و مقتضی در برنامه های درسی و آموزشی مورد توجه قرار بگیرد .با توجه به این امر، این پژوهش به تعیین میزان توجه برنامه درسی مطالعات اجتماعی دوره متوسطه اول به مولفه های شایستگی فرهنگی پرداخته است .روش تحقیق حاضر توصیفی) پیمایشی (و تحلیل محتوا می باشد .جامعه آماری در روش پیمایشی، کلیه معلمان زن مطالعات اجتماعی دوره متوسطه اول مدارس دولتی و غیر استثنایی می باشد، که با بهره گیری از جدول مورگان و به روش تصادفی خوشه ای، تعداد ۱۳۰ نفر به عنوان نمونه آماری مورد نظر انتخاب شدند .جامعه آماری در تحلیل محتوای برنامه درسی مطالعات اجتماعی دوره متوسطه اول شامل سه جلد کتاب در سال ۱۳۹۸ ۱۳۹۷ با عنوان مطالعات اجتماعی می باشد و به دلیل محدود بودن جامعه آماری هر سه کتاب تحلیل شدند .برای جمع آوری داده ها از پرسشنامه و چک لیست استفاده شده است .روایی و پایایی هر دو ابزار مورد تایید قرار گرفته است .برای تجزیه، تحلیل داده های حاصل از نظر سنجی معلمان از روشهای آمار توصیفی و t تک نمونه ای و در تحلیل محتوا از روش تحلیل محتوای مضمونی و آنتروپی شانون استفاده شده است .نتایج نشان می دهد که در برنامه های درسی مطالعات اجتماعی دوره اول به مولفه های آگاهی فرهنگی، دانش فرهنگی و تمایل فرهنگی بالاتر از حد متوسط و به مولفه های مهارت فرهنگی و برخورد فرهنگی پایین تر از حد متوسط توجه شده است

Cultural competence is the ability to communcate effectively whit people from other cultures . the diversity and diversity of Iranian society across ethnic ,rdciql and caltural lines requires that it be adequately addrewssed in curricula and training. Whit this in mind, this study aimed todetermine the degree of attention paid to the componets of cultural competence in the secondarsx school social studies curriculum . the research method is descriptive survey and content analysis . The statistical population is a descriptive method of all female social studies teachers in the first year of public and non-public high schools. Using morgan table and cluster random sampling method . 130 subjects were selected. Statistical population consist of three volumes of social studies curriculum of the first high school social studies curriculum of the first as social studies curriculum in 1397-1979 as social education and because of limited statistical population all three books were analyzed. The informational tool is a questionnaire in this study. Buwn and the data from the sampling of the teachers of the eyewitness and t-samples of the wounded content of the Shannon entropy has been used. The results show that in the curriculum of social studies of the second high school to components cultural awareness, cultural knowledge, cultural above average ,and the cultural skill, the cultural approach has been lover than average
