پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی رابطه اهداف پیشرفت دانشجو- معلمان پردیس های آذربایجان شرقی با ماهیت رشته و جنسیت انجام شد .تحقیق حاضر از نظر هدف کاربردی و از نظر ماهیت و روش توصیفی- همبستگی می باشد .جامعه آماری پژوهش حاضر کلیه دانشجو- معلمان پردیس های آذربایجان شرقی بودند که با روش نمونه‌گیری طبقه ای تصادفی) بر حسب محاسبه سهم هر یک از رشته های تحصیلی در نمونه آماری (و با استفاده از فرمول کوکران ‮‭۳۸۰‬ نفر ‮‭(۲۰۴‬نفر دختر و ‮‭۱۷۶‬ نفر پسر (به عنوان نمونه تحقیق تعیین شد .جهت گردآوری داده ها از پرسشنامه اهداف پیشرفت هاگر و مالمبرگ ‮‭(۲۰۱۱)‬ استفاده شد .برای تجزیه و تحلیل دادهای بدست آمده از اجرای پرسشنامه، از نرم افزار ‮‭PLS‬ ورژن ‮‭۳‬ و روش رگرسیون حداقل مربعات جزئی با دستور خود راه انداز و آزمون تحلیل واریانس چندمتغیره با استفاده از نرم افزار‮‭spss ۲۲‬ استفاده شد .یافته های تحقیق نشان داد که مولفه های علاقه مندی به تدریس، ارتباط با دانش آموزان، دانش محتوایی، طراحی و سازماندهی اثربخش فعالیت های یاددهی و یادگیری، توجه به زندگی حرفه ای و تعامل زندگی فردی و حرفه ای، با‮‭t>۱/۹۶‬ در انتخاب شغل معلمی توسط دانشجو- معلمان نقش دارند .همچنین یافته ها نشان داد که بین میانگین نمرات دانشجو- معلمان دختر و پسر از نظر علاقه مندی به تدریس، ارتباط با همکاران، راهبردهای تدریس، درگیری ذهنی دانش آموز، ارتباط با دانش آموزان، توجه به زندگی شغلی، طراحی و سازمان دهی اثربخش، اهداف شخصی و زندگی فردی و حرفه ای، با ‮‭p<۰/۰۵۰‬ تفاوت معنی داری وجود دارد .اما تفاوت معنی داری بین نمرات دانشجو- معلمان رشته های مختلف در مولفه های اهداف پیشرفت مشاهده نشد

The purpose of this study was to determine the role of factors affecting teacher's job among student-teachers of Farhangian University. The present study is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive-correlative in nature and method. The statistical population of this study was all students and teachers of East Azarbaijan campuses that were selected by stratified random sampling (based on calculating the share of each field of study in the statistical sample) and using Cochran formula, 380 students were selected as the sample. Data collection was done by Hagger and Malberg (2011) Progress Goals Questionnaire. Data were analyzed using PLS version 2 and partial least squares regression with bootstrap command and multivariate analysis of variance using SPSS22 software. The research findings showed that interest in teaching, communication with students, content knowledge, effective design and organization of teaching and learning activities, attention to professional life and interaction of individual and professional life, play a role in student choice of teacher. have. The findings also showed that among the mean scores of male and female student-teachers in terms of interest in teaching, relationship with peers, teaching strategies, student mental involvement, communication with students, attention to work life, effective planning and organization, Personal goals and personal and professional life There is a significant difference. But there was no significant difference between student-teacher scores of different disciplines in the components of achievement goals
