در اکثر مطالعات و آزمایشات پزشکی و رشتههای دیگر با متغیر پاسخ دوتایی روبرو هستیم به اینصورت که متغیر پاسخ ( ‮‭Y‬ ( فقط دو مقدار را میپذیرد .به عنوان مثال، در یک آزمایش پزشکی بعد از پایان دوره درمان بیمار یا بهبود خواهد یافت) ‮‭( Y=۱‬ یا بهبود نخواهد یافت . ) =‮‭Y‬ ‮‭۰‬ ( بطور کلی در این مطالعات با دو برآمد " شکست "و" پیروزی "روبرو هستیم .در این مواقع مدل رگرسیون خطی مناسب نبوده و از مدل رگرسیون لجستیک استفاده میشود .در این پایاننامه نخست به معرفی چند مدل رگرسیون لجستیک و روشهای برآوردیابی آنها پرداخته و سپس در مورد روشهای انتخاب متغیر برای مدل رگرسیون لجستیک چند متغیره بحث خواهیم کرد و در ادامه روشهای ارائه شده را برای دادههای سرطان سینه و پروستات که از بیمارستان امام رضا(ع)، در تبریز جمع آوری شده است، بکار میبریم .مقاله مرجع مورد استفاده در این پایاننامه.‮‭Lisawadi, S., Ali Shah, M. Most studies conducted in medical and other fields with binary response variable if the variable response(Y) only takes two values. For example, in a medical trails or treatment where, at the end of the trail period, the patient has either recovered (Y = 1) or has not (Y=0). In general, these studies will work with "failure" or "victory". In this case, the linear regression model is not suitable and we use the logistic regression model. Logistic regression model describes the relationship between the outcome variable and several predictor variables. In this dissertation, first, we introduce several Logistic regression models and their estimations. Then, we treat the selection variable methods for multiple logistic regression models. Finally, we study several goodness-of-fit tests with simulation for logistic regression models and also we will compare these tests. Data analysis related to breast and prostate cancer disease of Imam Reza (AS) for binomial logistic regression models using statistical software SPSS provided.
