هدف پژوهش حاضر شناسایی فرایند شکل گیری اخلاق حرفه ای در دانشگاه فرهنگیان است، به طوری که از نظر هدف، کاربردی و از نظر رویکرد پژوهش آمیخته اکتشافی می‌باشد .در قسمت کیفی از روش داده بنیاد و با نمونه ‮‭۳۸‬نفر از متخصصین تعلیم و تربیت و دانشجو معلمان دانشگاه فرهنگیان به شیوه ی نمونه گیری هدفمند و تا اشباع داده ها استفاده گردید ، روش جمع آوری داده ها از طریق مصاحبه نیمه ساختار یافته بود و داده ها بر اساس روش پیشنهادی اشتراس وکوربین تحلیل گردیدند . همچنین در قسمت کمی این پژوهش از مدل یابی معادلات استفاده شد.در قسمت کیفی یافته های پژوهش در بیش از ‮‭۱۲۱۶‬ کد باز)به صورت مفاهیم ( استخراج شد که منجر به توسعه ‮‭۹‬ طبقه اصلی و ‮‭۱۷‬ زیر طبقه همراه با ویژگیها و طیف ایجاد گردید ..طبقه بندی فوق در سه بخش زمینه ای ، راهبردی و پیامدی انجام گرفت . در قسمت شرایط زمینه ای ‮‭۳‬ طبقه اصلی شامل الزامات حرفه ای ، خصیصه های فردی و محیط و ‮‭۷‬ زیر طبقه در طبقات فرعی .در قسمت شرایط راهبردی ‮‭۳‬ طبقه اصلی مطالعه حاضر شامل فرآیندهای آموزشی ، ساختار سازمانی و چشم انداز سازی مقوله) ایجاد تصور مطلوب ( و همچنین ‮‭۵‬ زیر طبقه و تعداد بسیاری مفاهیم) ویژگیها ( مشخص شد . همچنین در قسمت شرایط راهبردی ‮‭۳‬ طبقه اصلی مطالعه حاضر تحت عنوان پیامدهای فردی اخلاق حرفه ای ، پیامدهای سازمانی اخلاق حرفه ای و پیامدهای اجتماعی اخلاق حرفه ای و همچنین ‮‭۵‬ زیر طبقه و تعداد ی مفاهیم اولیه شکل گرفت که به عنوان عوامل پیامد در شکل گیری اخلاق حرفه‌ای در دانشجو معلمان آورده شده است . همچنین برای طراحی مدل از نرم افزار ‮‭spss Amos‬ از طریق تکنیک مدل یابی معادلات ساختاری و در ذیل آن تحلیل عاملی تاییدی مرتبه اول و دوم ،آشکار شد .یافته های تحلیل های مربوط به مدل نشان داد که شاخص های برازش مدل اولیه و مدل اصلاح شده تحلیل عاملی تاییدی مولفه های پرسشنامه اخلاق حرفه‌ای معلمان ارائه شده ، که در مجموع الگوی اصلاح شده در جهت تبیین و برازش از وضعیت مناسبی برخوردار است

Text of Note

The purpose of the present study is to identify the formation process of professional ethics in Farhangian University, in a way that from the viewpoints of purpose and approach, it is functional and exploratory mixed, respectively. In the qualitative section, the grounded theory approach was applied on 38 education professionals and student-teachers of Farhangian University, which was carried out using purposeful sampling and continued until data saturation. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews and analyzed using Strauss & Corbin mode of analysis. Furthermore, in the quantitative section of this study, equation modeling was implemented. In this section, more than 1216 open codes (concepts) were extracted as research findings, leading to the development of 9 major categories and 17 subcategories along with characteristics and spectrum. This classification was carried out in the three parts of field, strategic and outcome. With regard to the field, 3 major categories including "professional requirements, individual characteristics, and environment" and 7 subcategories were identified. Concerning strategic conditions, 3 major categories of the present study including "educational processes, organizational structure, building perspective (creating desired image)" and also 5 subcategories as well as many concepts (characteristics) were identified. Furthermore, regarding outcome conditions, 3 major categories of the present study titled as "individual outcomes of professional ethics, organizational outcomes of professional ethics, and social outcomes of professional ethics" and also 5 subcategories as well as some primary concepts (characteristics) were formed, which have been presented as the outcome factors that help form professional ethics in the student-teachers. Moreover, in order to design the model, Amos spss software was used through the structural equation modeling technique, and then first order and second order confirmatory factor analysis was revealed. The findings of the analysis related to the model showed that the fitting indexes of the primary model and the modified model of the confirmed factor analysis concerning the components of the teachers' professional ethics questionnaire were presented, and generally speaking, the modified pattern is suitable for explanation and fitting
