سنجش ظرفیت‌های مقصد گردشگری پیش نیاز و لازمه تدوین طرح‌های توسعه گردشگری است .شناسایی ظرفیت‌های مقصد گردشگری ارتباط تنگاتنگی با توسعه دارد .توسعه ایجاد نخواهد شد، مگر اینکه ظرفیت‌ها و پتانسیل‌های مقاصد گردشگری به درستی مورد سنجش قرار گیرد .در این راستا هدف پژوهش شناسایی ظرفیت‌های توسعه گردشگری روستاهای مورد مطالعه در بخش آبش‌احمد شهرستان کلیبر است .روش تحقیق حاضر به لحاظ هدف از نوع کاربردی و به لحاظ ماهیت از نوع توصیفی- تحلیلی می‌باشد .جهت گردآوری اطلاعات از روش‌های اسنادی و مطالعات میدانی در روستاهای نمونه استفاده شده است .محدوده مورد مطالعه در این تحقیق روستاهای مورد مطالعه در بخش آبش‌احمد شهرستان کلیبر می‌باشد که براساس فرمول کوکران به تعداد ۲۴۸ نفر از ساکنان روستا به عنوان نمونه تحقیق انتخاب شدند، ۱۷۰ نفر از گردشگران و ۹ پرسشنامه از دهیاران اساس کار قرار گرفت .برای تجریه و تحلیل داده‌ها از روش پرالونگ در نرم‌افزارExcel ، مدل باتلر، مدل داکسی، روش‌های آماری فریدمن، تحلیل واریانس یک‌طرفه و آزمون کروسکال والیس در نرم افزار SPSS استفاده گردید .نتایج به‌دست آمده در این تحقیق نشان می‌دهد که، مهم‌ترین ظرفیت‌های توسعه گردشگری روستایی، چشمه‌های آبگرم نواحی روستایی می‌باشد .هم‌چنین روستاهای مورد مطالعه بر مبنای مدل باتلر، داکسی و آزمون‌های آماری) فریدمن، تحلیل واریانس یک‌طرفه و آزمون کروسکال والیس (نشان می‌دهد که این روستاها در مراحل اولیه توسعه گردشگری روستایی قرار دارند

Measuring the capacities of tourism destinations is a prerequisite for developing tourism development plans. Identification of tourism destination capacities is closely linked to development. Development will not take place unless the capacities and potentials of tourism destinations are properly measured. The purpose of this study is to identify tourism development capacities of the studied villages in Absh Ahmad section of Kalibar city. The purpose of this research is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive-analytic in nature. Documentary methods and field studies in sample villages were used for data collection. The study area is the villages under study in Absh Ahmad district of Kalibar city. Based on Cochran formula, 246 inhabitants were selected as sample, 170 tourists using unknown statistical society and 9 questionnaires from working based villagers. it placed. Data analysis was performed using Pralong method in Excel software, Butler model, Doxy model, Friedman statistical methods, one-way ANOVA and Kruskal-Wallis test in Spss software. The results of this study show that the most important capacity of rural tourism development is spa springs in rural areas. Also, the studied villages based on Butler model, Doxie and statistical tests (Friedman, one-way analysis of variance and Kruskal-Wallis test) show that these villages are in the early stages of rural tourism development
