کشور ایران در طی دهه‌صهای گذشته دچار تغییرات بسیارزیادی در کاربری‌صهای مختلف شده که از جمله دلایل آن می‌صتوان به خشکسالی‌صهای متعدد و تغییر رویکرد در سیاست‌صگذاری در زمینه منابع آب زیرزمینی است، بدیهی است که شهرستان نهاوند نیز از این تغییرات کاربری مستثنی نیست و طی دهه‌صهای گذشته دستخوش تغییراتی بوده‌صاست .این تحقیق به بررسی میزان تغییرات کاربری اراضی در شهرستان نهاوند طی بازه زمانی ۱۹ ساله (۱۹۹۸الی ۲۰۱۷) می‌صپردازد و برای نیل به این هدف ابتدا برای تهیه نقشه پوشش زمین از تصاویر ماهواره لندست، برای سال‌صهای۱۹۹۸ ،۲۰۰۲ ،۲۰۰۷ ،۲۰۱۲ و ۲۰۱۷ استفاده‌صشد و از آن‌صها طبقه‌ص بندی صورت‌صگرفت .سپس به ارزیابی دقت این طبقه بندی پرداخته‌صشد .در مرحله بعد تغییرات پوشش زمین از جهت توزیع مکانی، کمیت مساحتی و روند تغییرات برای سال های۲۰۰۲-۱۹۹۸،۲۰۰۷- ۲۰۰۲،۲۰۱۲- ۲۰۰۷،۲۰۱۷ - ۲۰۱۲بدست آمد .با بررسی تغییرات کاربری‌صها در دوره‌صهای مختلف مشخص شد که کاربری‌صهای مناطق مسکونی همواره روندی افزایشی داشته‌صاست و تغییر سایر کاربری‌صها روند مشخصی نداشته‌صاست .در گام آخر با استفاده از مدل CA Markov و نقشه تغییرات کاربری اراضی تهیه شده برای سال های۲۰۱۷- ۲۰۱۲، تغییرات کاربری اراضی را برای سال ۲۰۲۲ پیش بینی گردید .همچنین به بررسی ارتباط بین روند ایجاد تغییرات طی ۱۹ سال گذشته با تغییرات بارش و همچنین بهره‌صبرداری از منابع آب زیرزمینی پرداخته صشد .همچنین نتایج نشان‌صداد که تغییرات کاربری اراضی در شهرستان نهاوند از جمله اراضی آبی و باغات با کاهش سطح آب‌صهای زیرزمینی در این منطقه رابطه مستقیم دارد

In the next stage, changes in land coverage were obtained from spatial distribution, area quantity and trend of changes for the years 1998-2002, 2002-2007, 2007-2012, 2012 -2017. It was found that changes in the use of different periods revealed that Usage of residential areas has always been incremental and changes in other users have not been clear. In the last step, using the CA Markov model and the land use change map prepared for the years 2012-2017, land use changes were projected for 2022. It also examines the relationship between the process of making changes over the past 19 years with rainfall changes as well as exploitation of groundwater resources. Also, the results indicate that land use changes in Nahavand County, such as elevation of lands and gardens, have a direct relation with the decrease of groundwater level in this area ،The Iran over the past decades, there have been a lot of changes in various uses, one of the reasons being the multiple droughts and a change in the approach to policy in the field of underground water resources. Obviously, the city of Nahavand is also no exception to these changes and has undergone some changes over the past decades. This research investigates land use change in Nahavand County during the 19-year period (1998 to 2017) and to achieve this goal, first, to prepare a land cover map for Landsat satellite images for the years 1998, 2002, 2007 , 2012 and 2017
