یکی از مسائل اولیای قانونی محجوران، مسئلة تعارض اعمال حقوقی اولیای قانونی محجوران است .این مسئله در حدود اختیارات اولیای قانونی محجوران قابل طرح و بررسی است .مقصود از اولیای قانونی در این تحقیق عبارتند از :پدر و مادر که وظیفه حضانت و تربیت فرزند را بر عهده دارند، ولی قهری محجوران که تنها شامل پدر، جد پدری و وصی منصوب از طرف آنهاست و قیم و ناظر قیم است .گاهی نیز دادگاه شخصی را برای نظارت بر اداره محجور تعیین می‌صشود که امین نامیده می‌صشود .تعارض میان اعمال حقوقی اولیای قانونی محجوران به شکل‌صهای گوناگونی) هم در امور مالی و هم در امور غیر مالی ( به وجود می‌صآید هرچند راه حل برخی از موارد تعارض به موجب مقررات و قوانینی همچون قانون مدنی، قانون حمایت خانواده و قانون امور حسبی پیش بینی شده است، ولی برخی دیگر از راه حل‌صهای تعارض را باید با جستجو در نظرات مختلف فقهی و دکترین حقوقی تعیین نمود .بنابراین، هدف این تحقیق، اولا، پژوهش و واکاوی صورت‌صهای مختلف تعارض اعمال حقوقی میان اولیای قانونی محجوران و ثانیا، ارائة راه حل تعارض اعمال حقوقی اولیان قانونی محجوران است و تحقیق این دو کار را با روش کتابخانه‌صای اعم از کتب فقهی و حقوقی و متون قوانین به انجام خواهد رساند

code but some other contradictory solutions should be determined through various jurisprudential opinions and legal doctrine. So, the purpose of this research is firstly, to examine and explore different forms of conflict of Legal Acts of Interdicted person, and secondly, to present solutions for the problems. The researcher will carry out these two aspects of study with a - library method of study including jurisprudential and legal texts and the texts of the laws صOne of the Legal Authorities of Interdicted people is the conflict of Legal Acts of Interdicted (LAI) person's legal guardians. This issue can be investigated in the area of LAI. In this study LAI refers to; number one, to the parents who are responsible for the child's custody and breeding and number two, the legal guardians and parental ancestor of child and also his/her appointed guardian to warden. Sometimes, the court chooses a person who is called as trustworthy to observe and support the incapable person. There may occur various forms of conflicts in Legal Acts of Interdicted person (both in financial and non financial affairs). However, the solution to some contradictions and conflicts are predicted based on the rules and regulations like civil law, family protection law, and the law of probate
