.Nowadays, because of an increasing number of elderly and hospitalized patients, many studies and projects have been done to provide remote healthcare actions and services for patients, these efforts have benefited from the distribution and autonomy of multi-agent systems, and the advantages of wireless sensor networks. In these systems, patient information is collected continuously, and necessarily, an appropriate reaction is done. On the other hand, medical information of individuals is considered as their privacy and it is important to take security issues in these networks into account. Our purpose in this research is to secure the multiagent healthcare system against unauthorized access and network attacks. Therefore, we plan to provide a secure framework for remote healthcare systems that, besides providing the medical services, has the information in the system as safe as possible against network attacks, in comparison with previous healthcare systems. Eavesdropping, impersonating, and data modification is the common risks of the sensor network used in the health care system, which can be countered by the proposed solutions in the previous works. In fact, the research being introduced against these threats are safe, but given that health care systems can be managed remotely and based on Internet, so they are vulnerable against other common healthcare systems attacks, such as denial of service and user to root attacks. In order to cope with common attacks, such as user to root attacks and denial of service, we will use a proper intrusion detection system with the need and energy level of the sensors, so that, while saving energy, the system has a suitable processing speed and low processing cost
