ر این رساله، ما کاربرد حساب مشتقات و انتگرال های کسری روی فرکتال ها، تحت نام F -آلفا، را بر روی پدیده عبور ذرات از مواد گسترش می دهیم .ابتدا برای حرکات زمانا فرکتالی لوی و براونی نشان می دهیم که میانگین مربعات جابجایی متناسب با زمان تغییر نخواهد کرد .درادامه با استفاده از همین حساب معادله فوکر پلانگ معمولی را به معادله زمانا فرکتالی فوکر پلانگ بسط می دهیم .همچنین این حساب به ما اجازه بسط محاسبات تئوری پاشیدگی انرژی برای مواد فرکتالی را می دهد .نشان می دهیم که ساختار فرکتالی فضا باعث ایجاد ساختار فرکتالی اتلاف انرژی در مواد می شود و معادله بسط یافته فرکتالی فوکر پلانگ را برای این مسئله بدست می آوریم .حساب F -آلفا نظریه جدیدی است .ما برای استفاده از این حساب قاعده زنجیره ای را برای مشتق F -آلفا اثبات می کنیم .همچنین با استفاده از این حساب نشان می دهیم که بعد فرکتالی مسیر کوانتمی ذره برابر ۲ است .این حساب به ما این امکان را می دهد که مکانیک کوانتمی را روی مسیر های فرکتالی کوانتمی یا مجموعه های فرکتالی کوانتمی بسط دهیم و برای نمونه مسئله ذره ی کوانتمی را در داخل جعبه فرکتالی کوانتمی حل کرده ایم .از آنجا که حرکت ذره در ماده مسیری فرکتالی است می توان حساب فرکتالی F -آلفا را بر روی این مسیر ها گسترش داد .ما محاسبات پاشیدگی انرژی لاندائو، قضیه های ریاضی استوکس و گرین، چند قطبی های الکتریکی و محاسبه کلاسیک اتلاف انرژی بوهر را روی فرکتال ها بسط می دهیم
