در پژوهش حاضر به برسی رابطه سرمایه روانشناختی،سرمایه فکری با خلاقیت کارکنان دانشگاه تبریز پرداخته شده است.روش اجرای تحقیق به صورت توصیفی-همبستگی می باشد جامعه آماری این تحقیق کلیه کارکنان دانشگاه تبریز است. که تعداد آنها برابر ۸۵۸ نفر وبا توجه به فرمول محاسبه جدول مورگان ۲۶۵ نفر می باشد.برای نمونه گیری از روش نمونه گیری تصادفی ساده استفاده شده است.از لحاظ هدف، این پژوهش جزء تحقیقات کاربردی می باشد و از لحاظ روش جزء تحقیقات توصیفی -پیمایشی است .برای سنجش خلاقیت از پرسشنامه رندسیپ (۱۹۷۹) ، برای سنجش سرمایه روانی از پرسشنامه سرمایه روانشناختی لوتانز (۲۰۰۷)و برای سرمایه فکری از پرسشنامه ی بنتیس (۱۹۹۸) استفاده شود .روایی پرسشنامه ی رندسیپ۹۲/۰، پرسشنامه ی سرمایه فکری ۹۴/۰ و روایی پرسشنامه ی سرمایه روانشناختی با استفاده از نتایج تحلیل عاملی به اثبات رسیده است.نتایج حاصل نشان داد که بین سرمایه روانشناختی وخلاقیت کارکنان رابطه مثبت و معنا داری وجود دارد ولی رابطه ضعیفی وجود داردو در متغیر سرمایه فکری که شامل سه زیر مولفه است دو متغیر رابطه معنادار وجود نداشت تنها در مولفه سرمایه ساختاری رابطه معنا دار وبه صورت معکوس وجود دارد

In this research, the relationship between intellectual capital and intellectual capital with the creativity of the staff of Tabriz University has been studied. The research method is descriptive-correlation. The statistical population of this research is all employees of Tabriz University. Their number is equal to 858 people according to the formula The Morgan table is 265 people. A simple random sampling method has been used for sampling. In terms of purpose, this research is a part of applied research and is partly descriptive-survey research. To measure creativity, the Random questionnaire (1979) to assess psychological capital from the Lutangs psychological capital questionnaire (2007) and for the intellectual capital of the Benatiz questionnaire (1998) has been used. The validity of the Randsip questionnaire was 0.92, the intellectual capital questionnaire was 0.94 and the validity of the psychological capital questionnaire was verified using factor analysis results. The results showed that there is a positive and significant relationship between the psychological capital and the creativity of the employees, but the relationship is weakness and in the intellectual capital variable which includes three sub-components, there are no significant relationships between two variables. Only in the structural capital component there is a meaningful and inverse relationship
