Acrylic resins have been produced as commercial coatings to protect different surfaces. Solvent borne and waterborne acrylic resins, have found high efficiency for coating of various surfaces. Acrylic polymers owing to flexibility, high adhesion and also because of right price compared to other resins, have gained special importance in coating industry. Destructive effects of solvent borne acrylic resins usage, on the environment, has caused coating related environmental laws to be driven to waterborne coatings. So waterborne resins have gained much attention in comparison with solvent borne ones. In current research work, first, 4 coating samples based on thermoset and thermoplastic solvent borne acrylic resins were produced and then 4 coating samples based on thermoset and thermoplastic waterborne acrylics were prepared. For this purpose first solvent borne and waterborne resins were applied on concrete surfaces, Then, considering the environmental issues of water based acrylic resin to improve surface adhesion, decreased water absorption and increased chemical and abrasion resistance were selected. Initial formulation of waterborne resin which was lack of chemical stability and appropriate adhesion, was modified with 3 different kind of silane additives respectively with codes P-60, HP-105, SR530, modified and applied on concrete substrates in order to test their properties. Then they were evaluated by measuring surface adhesion properties and their water and chemical resistance. By comparing the surface adhesion strength of samples optimized with pure specimens In the modified specimens, the acrylic resin of the thermoplastic water base is more than the pure sample (the coating was easily removed from the concrete substrate surface), since the adhesion of the modified coating to the substrate was higher, the surface of the substructure was coated with the coating. The chemical and water resistance of the modified acrylic resins of the thermoplastic water base showed a higher resistance to the pure specimen and did not change in thermosetting specimens. رزینهای اکریلیک به عنوان پوششهای تجاری جهت محافظت از سطوح مختلف تولید شدهاند .رزینهای اکریلیک پایه آبی و حلالی، کارایی بالایی را جهت پوششص سطوح مختلف پیدا کردهصاند .پلیمرهای اکریلیک به دلیل انعطاف پذیری، چسبندگی بالا و همچنین قیمت مناسب نسبت به سایر رزینصها جایگاه ویژهصای را در صنعت پوشش به خود اختصاص دادهصند .آثار مخرب استفاده از رزین اکریلیک پایه حلالی بر روی محیط زیست منجر به سوق دادن قوانین محیط زیست پوششصها، به سمت پایه آبی شده است .بنابراین رزینصهای پایه آبی نسبت به رزینصهای پایه حلالی بیشتر مورد توجه قرار گرفتهصاند .در پروژه حاضر، ابتدا ۴ نمونه از پوششصهای پلی ال اکریلیک ترموست و ترموپلاست پایه حلالی و سپس ۴ نمونه از پوششصهای ترموست و ترموپلاست پایه آبی تهیه گردید .بدین منظور ابتدا رزینصهای پایه آبی و پایه حلالی به منظور مقایسه و تفاوت رفتار هر یک و چگونگی عملکرد آنصها در مقابل محلول های شیمیایی بر روی سطح بتنی اعمال شد .سپس با توجه به مسائل زیست محیطی رزین پلی ال اکریلیک پایه آبی جهت بهبود چسبندگی سطحی، کاهش میزان جذب آب و افزایش مقاومت شیمیایی و آبی انتخاب گردید .فرمولاسیون اولیه رزینصهای پایه آبی که فاقد پایداری شیمیایی و چسبندگی کافی بود توسط ۳ نمونه متفاوت از افزودنیصهای سیلانی به ترتیب با کدهای۶۰- P،۱۰۵- HP، SR۵۳۰ اصلاح شده و جهت تست بر روی سابستریت بتنی اعمال گردید .سپس با اندازهصگیری چسبندگی سطحی، مقاومت شیمیایی و آبی پوششصها ارزیابی شد .با مقایسه استحکام چسبندگی سطحی نمونههای اصلاح شده با نمونهصهای خالص مشاهده شد که در نمونهصهای اصلاح شده رزین پلی ال اکریلیک پایه آبی ترموپلاست از آنجایی که چسبندگی پوشش اصلاح شده به سابستریت، نسبت به نمونه خالص) پوشش به راحتی از سطح سابستریت بتنی جدا گردید (بیشتر بوده، سطح سابستریت بتنی همراه با پوشش کنده شد و همچنین درمورد نمونه پلی ال اکریلیک پایه آبی ترموست چسبندگی سطحی در اغلب نمونه-ها بعد از اصلاح ۲۵ درصد افزایش پیدا کرد .مقاومت شیمیایی و آبی نمونهصهای اصلاح شده از نوع پلی ال اکریلیک پایه آبی ترموپلاست مقاومت بالاتری نسبت به نمونه خالص از خود نشان میصدهد و در نمونهصهای ترموست نیز تغییری مشاهده نشد .در نمونهصهای پلی ال اکریلیک پایه آبی ترموپلاست اصلاح شده جذب آب۱۰۰ درصد کاهش یافت و به صفر رسید
