هدف از تنظیم جیره‌های غذایی طیور، تأمین مواد مغذی مورد نیاز آنها با حداقل قیمت است که بتواند عملکرد رشد و بازده تولید را بهینه سازد .این تحقیق به منظور بررسی اثرات نوع تنظیم جیر غذایی بر اساس استانداردهای غذایی مختلف بر عملکرد رشد و صفات لاشة جوجه‌های گوشتی انجام شد .بدین منظور تعداد ‮‭۳۹۰‬ قطعه جوجة گوشتی نر سویة راس‮‭۳۰۸‬ ، در قالب طرح کاملا تصادفی با ‮‭۶‬ تیمار، ‮‭۵‬ تکرار و ‮‭۱۳‬ قطعه جوجه در هر تکرار از ‮‭۲۶‬ تا ‮‭۴۷‬ روزگی انتخاب شدند .تیمارهای آزمایشی عبارت بودند از‮‭: ۱‬-جیرة غذایی تنظیم شده بر اساس پیشنهادات تغذیه‌ای‮‭NRC (۱۹۹۴) ۲‬ - جیرة غذایی تنظیم شده بر اساس پیشنهادات تغذیه‌ای جدول برزیلی و بر مبنای اسیدهای آمینة کل‮‭۳‬ - جیرة غذایی تنظیم شده بر اساس پیشنهادات تغذیه‌ای جدول برزیلی و بر مبنای اسیدهای آمینة قابل هضم‮‭۴‬ - جیرة غذایی تنظیم شده بر اساس پیشنهادات تغذیه‌ای سویة راس و بر مبنای اسیدهای آمینة کل‮‭۵‬ - جیرة غذایی تنظیم شده بر اساس پبشنهادات تغذیه‌ای سویة راس و بر مبنای اسیدهای آمینة قابل هضم‮‭۶‬ - جیرة غذایی تنظیم شده بر اساس پبشنهادات تغذیه‌ای شرکت دگوسا .برای بررسی عملکرد رشد در انتهای روزهای‮‭۳۳‬ ، ‮‭۴۰‬ و ‮‭۴۷‬ آزمایش و همچنین کل دورة آزمایش مقادیر مصرف خوراک، افزایش وزن و ضریب تبدیل خوراک اندازه‌گیری شدند .برای بررسی صفات لاشه از هر تیمار تعداد ‮‭۵‬ قطعه جوجة گوشتی انتخاب و کشتار شدند .نتایج نشان داد که نوع تنظیم جیر غذایی می‌تواند وزن نهایی بدن را در کل دورة آزمایش تحت تأثیر قرار دهد، بطوریکه جوجه‌های تغذیه شده با جیره‌های تنظیم شده بر اساس راهنمای مدیریت پرورش سویة راس و بر مبنای اسیدهای آمینة قابل هضم بیشترین وزن زنده را داشتند ‮‭(۲۱۱۶‬ گرم (و کمترین وزن نیز مربوط به جوجه‌های تغذیه شده بر اساس پیشنهادات شرکت دگوسا ‮‭(۲۰۵۷‬ گرم (بود .نوع تنظیم جیره غذایی تأثیر معنی‌داری بر افزایش وزن روزانة جوجه‌های گوشتی در کل دورة آزمایشی نداشت .مصرف خوراک در کل دورة آزمایشی تحث تأثیر نوع تنظیم جیره‌های غذایی قرار نگرفت، همچنین تأثیر نوع تنظیم جیر غذایی بر ضریب تبدیل خوراک در کل دورة آزمایشی معنی دار نبود .بیشترین وزن نسبی سینه با تغذیة جوجه‌های گوشتی بر اساس راهنمای مدیریت پرورش سویة راس و در سطح اسید آمینة قابل هضم مشاهده شد ‮‭(۹/۳۲‬ درصد (و کمترین آن در جوجه‌های تغذیه شده با جیره‌های غذایی تنظیم شده بر اساس جداول ‮‭NRC‬ مشاهده شد ‮‭(۹۹/۲۴‬ درصد .(نوع تنظیم جیره‌های غذایی وزن نسبی اندام‌های لنفاوی شامل :تیموس، طحال و بورس فابرسیوس را تحت تأثیر قرار نداد .(<‮‭(۰۵/۰P‬ بیشترین سود ناخالص تجاری در جیره‌های تنظیم شده بر اساس مدیریت پرورش سویة راس و بر مبنای اسیدهای آمینة قابل هضم مشاهده شد .بر اساس نتایج می‌توان بیان کرد که تنظیم جیر غذایی بر اساس راهنمای مدیریت پرورش سویة راس و بر اساس قابلیت هضم اسیدهای آمینه می‌تواند منجر به بهبود عملکرد رشد و افزایش سود ناخالص تجاری در جوجه‌های گوشتی در دور پایانی پرورش گردد

Text of Note

The goal of a feed formulation is to meet the nutrient needs of poultry at the lowest cost that optimize growth performance and production yield of poultry.This experiment was conducted to invbestigate the effect of feed formulation based on different feeding standards on growth performance and carcass traits of Ross 308 male broiler chicks from 26 to 47 days of ages. A total of 390 Ross broiler chicks, were randomly allocated in 6 treatments, 5 replicates and13 chicks per each. The treatments were : 1-the diet that formulated based on NRC(1994) nutrient recommendation, 2-the diet that formulated besed on Brazilian tables and total amini acids (TAA) basis, 3-the diet that formulated besed on Brazilian tables and digestible amino acids (DAA) basis, 4-the diet that formulated besed on Ross 308 broiler nutrition specifications and TAA basis, 5-the diet that formulated besed on Ross 308 broiler nutrition specifications and DAA basis , 6-the diet that formulated based on nutritional recommendation of Evonik Degussa. In oreder to investigation the effects of feed formulation on growth performance, feed intake, weight gain and feed conversion ratiowere measured weekly on 33, 40 and 47 days of age. For evaluation of carcass traits, 5 chiks from each replicate were randomly selected and slaughtered.Data was analyzed using GLM procedure of SAS for a completely randomized design. the Results showed that feed formulation based on different feeding standards had significant effect on final body weight of broilers (p<0.05). The highest and the lowest final body weight were observed in chicks fed diets which formulated by Ross 308 broiler nutrition specifications based on digestible amino acids recommandations (2116g) and Evonik Degussa nutrition recommadations (2057g), respectively. Feed formulation had no significant effect on daily weight gain of broilers on total experimental period. feed intake and feed conversion ratio of broilers were not affected by feed formulation(p>0.05). the birds fed diets that formulated besed on Ross 308 broiler nutrition specifications and TAA basis had the highest breast percentage (32.9) and the chicks fed diets that formualated based on nutritional recommendation of Evonik Degussa had the lowest breast percent (24.99). The feed formulation had no significant effect on relative weight of lymphatic organs such as thymus, spleen, bursa of fabricius, (p>0.05). the highest gross profit margin and european broiler production index were seen in chickend fed diets formulated by Ross 308 broiler nutrition specifications and DAA basis. in cinclusion, the feed formulation based on Ross 308 broiler nutrition specifications and DAA basis can improve the growth performance and increase the gross profit of broilers on the finisher period
