.Introduction: rope jumping is one of the very usefule sports that could perform with chip costtherefor, the purpose of this study was to determine the effect of two month rope jump training with two different intensity on body composition, aerobic power and blood pressure in elementary overweight male non athlete students 10-12 years who are living in Miyandoab city. Material and Methods: Thirty overweight partcipate (body mass index for Age percentile ? 95th according to the CDC 2000) non athlete male students selected for study and divided randomly into two experimental groups (light intensity or low load training group and moderate intensity or moderate load training group) with one control group. that each group was includ 10 partcipate (N=10). The training program Experimental groups during two month (was: moderate intensity group includ eight weeks, three times (day) a week, each time for 45 minutes, with intensity at 70-75 maximum heart rate and light intensity group with eight weeks, three times (day) a week, each time for 45 minutes, with intensity at 50-55 maximum heart rate) rope jump training.
