ناباروری یک مشکل بالینی شایع است .ناباروری علل متعددی دارد و یکی از آن‌صها استفاده از داروهای شیمی درمانی است .سیکلوفسفامید یک داروی شیمی درمانی بسیار پرکاربرد است .این دارو یک عامل آلکیله کننده است که موجب آسیب به ‮‭DNA‬ می‌صگردد .از جمله مهم ترین عوارض جانبی سیکلوفسفامید اختلال در عملکرد غدد جنسی، ایجاد آمنوره، الیگواسپرمی، آزواسپرمی، آتروفی لوله اسپرم ساز و کاهش در سطح هورمون محرک فولیکولی ‮‭(FSH)‬و تستوسترون می باشد .برای حل مشکلات مربوط به ناباروری می‌صتوان از گیاهان دارویی استفاده کرد .گیاهان دارویی به دلیل ماهیت طبیعی و وجود ترکیبات همولوگ دارویی در کنار هم، با بدن سازگاری بهتری دارند و معمولا فاقد عوارض ناخواسته هستند .یکی از این گیاهان دارویی که کاربرد زیادی دارد ‮‭Cydonia oblonga Miller(quince)‬ می باشد .این میوه یک منبع طبیعی خوب و ارزان از آنتی اکسیدان های قوی مانند اسیدهای فنلی و فلاونوئیدها است .به طور سنتی به، به عنوان یک ضد اسهال، مقوی معده، بهبود زخم، ضد تهوع و استفراغ و عامل قابض و ... استفاده می شود .مواد و روش‌صها :در این تحقیق تجربی ‮‭۳۶‬ سر رت به طور تصادفی به ‮‭۶‬ گروه ‮‭۶‬تایی تقسیم شدند .گروه کنترل آب مقطر به صورت گاواژ دریافت می‌صکرد .گروه‌صهای‮‭A‬ ، ‮‭B‬ و ‮‭C‬ به ترتیب عصار به را در غلظت-های‮‭۲۰۰‬ ، ‮‭۵۰۰‬ و ‮‭۱۰۰۰‬ میلی گرم بر کیلوگرم در روز به صورت گاواژ، همراه با داروی سیکلوفسفامید به صورت تزریق داخل صفاقی دریافت می‌صکردند .گروه‮‭D‬ ، ‮‭mg/kg/day۵‬ سیکلوفسفامید به صورت تزریق داخل صفاقی و گروه ‮‭E‬ فقط عصاره میوه به دریافت می‌صکردند .تیمار به صورت روزانه و به مدت ‮‭۲۱‬ روز انجام شد .بعد از پایان دور تیمار، حیوانات کشته شده و نمونه‌صبرداری از بافت بیضه انجام شد و پارامترهای اسپرماتوژنز بررسی گردید .داده‌صهای به دست آمده در نرم‌صافزار‮‭۱۹SPSS‬ - و با استفاده از تست ‮‭ANOVA‬ و ‮‭Tukey‬ مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت، تفاوت میانگین‌صها در سطح ‮‭۰۵/۰>P‬ معنی-دار در نظر گرفته شد .یافته‌صها :نتایج نشان داد که سیکلوفسفامید به تنهایی موجب کاهش فاکتورهای اسپرماتوژنیک می‌صشود و در گروه‌صهایی که همراه با سیکلوفسفامید عصار به نیز دریافت نموده‌صاند، با افزایش غلظت عصار میو به، تعداد سلول‌صهای اسپرماتید، اسپرماتوسیت، قطر لوله‌صهای اسپرم ساز، ضریب ‮‭SI‬ و ‮‭TDI‬ نسبت به گروه) ‮‭D‬ دریافت فقط سیکلوفسفامید(، افزایش یافته است .نتیجه‌صگیری :به نظر می‌صرسد ترکیبات موجود در میو به موجب مهار تولید متابولیت‌صهای فعال حاصل از سیکلوفسفامید و اثرات مخرب آن بر بافت بیضه می‌صگردد

‮‭Infertility is a widespread clinical problem. Infertility has different causes and one of them is chemotherapy. Cyclophosphamide is one of the widely used chemotherapy drugs. This drug is a alkylating agents that causes damage on DNA. The most important side effects of cyclophosphamide are impairment of gonadal function, amenorrhea, oligospermia, azoospermia, seminiferous tubular atrophy and decline in the levels of follicle stimulating hormone (FSH) and testosterone. To solving the problems related to infertility, medicinal plants can be used. Because of the nature of homologous compounds of medicinal plants and herbs together, they have a better compatibility with the body and are usually free of side effects. One of these medicinal plants is Cydoniaoblonga miller (Quince). This fruit is a cheap and good natural source of antioxidants such as phenolic compounds and flavonoids. Traditionally C. oblonga is used as antidiarrhoeal, gastric tonic, ulcer healing, antiemetic and astringent agent. Materials and Methods : In this experimental study ۳۶ male Wistar rats were divided into ۶ groups. The control group received distilled water by gavage. Groups A, B and C were received respectively ۲۰۰,۵۰۰ and ۱۰۰۰ mg/kg of extract of C. oblonga per day by gavage. Groups D received ۵ mg/kg of cyclophosphamide as intraperitoneal and the groups E received only extract of C. oblonga. This treatment was done daily for ۲۱ days. After the treatment period, animals were killed and testicular tissue and spermatogenic parameters were studied. The data were analyzed with SPSS.۱۹ software and using ANOVA and Tukeys test. The means difference in the p<۰.۰۵ were considered significant. Results: The results showed that cyclophosphamide decreases the spermatogenic factors and in the groups that received cyclophosphamide and C. oblongas extract, by increasing the concentration of extract of C. oblonga, the number of spermatid cells, spermatocytes, the diameter of the seminiferous tubules and SI and TDI factors increased in comparision to group D. Conclusion: It seems that compounds in C. oblonga fruit inhibit the production of active metabolites of cyclophosphamide and also inhibit its damaging effects on the testis tissue‬
