صنعت گردشگری یکی از زمینه‌صهای جدید مورد توجه علوم مخلتف بوده و امروزه از جهات گوناگون مورد توجه کشورها است .از جمله دلایل اصلی توجه به این صنعت ارزشهای اقتصادی، اثرات فرهنگی، اجتماعی و طبیعی آن است .در این میان یکی ازراه های گسترش ارتباطات و توسعه کشورها و تعاملات میان آنها توسعه گردشگری از طریق مناطق آزاد است .با توجه به اهمیت موضوع، هدف این تحقیق ارزیابی توسعه گردشگری در منطقه آزاد ارس با تأکید بر گونه شناسی گردشگری می باشد .روش تحقیق توصیفی تحلیلی است که به منظور تجزیه و تحلیل اطلاعات از مدل AHP استفاده شده است .نتایج بر اساس مدل AHP نشان می دهد که گردشگری مبتنی بر منابع طبیعی با ۴۷ درصد به عنوان اولویت اول در انتخاب نوع گردشگری در منطقه آزاد ارس با توجه به قابلیت های محلی انتخاب می گردد و بقیه اولویت های گردشگری بدین شرح می-باشد :گردشگری تفریحی ۲/۲۳ درصد، گردشگری شهری ۵/۱۶ درصد،گردشگری ماجراجویانه۴/۱۳ که به ترتیب اولویت بندی شده اند .از بین عوامل موثر در توسعه گونه های گردشگری نیز، عامل مسئولیت پذیری اجتماعی با ۲/۳۴ بیشترین میزان تاثیرگذاری را دارد و بقیه عوامل به ترتیب سلسله مراتب عامل مدیریت با کسب ۹/۱۹ درصد، عامل محیطی با ۹/۱۷ درصد، عامل فرهنگی با ۹/۱۵ درصد، عامل حفاظت از منابع مقصد گردشگری با ۶ درصد، عامل کیفیت ۷/۳ درصد و عامل اقتصادی با ۵/۲ درصد کمترین میزان تاثیرگذاری را دارد

Including the main reasons, according to the values of the industry, the effects of the economic, social, cultural and natural. And one of the spread of fomented communications and developing countries and the interactions between them, tourism development through free zones. Given the importance of the purpose of this study, the evaluation of the development of tourism in the free zone Aras emphasizing typology tourism. The descriptive research method is to analyze the data from the AHP model is used. Based on the results of the AHP model shows that tourism is based on the natural resources, with 47 percent as the first priority in the selection of a kind of tourism in the free zone Aras with regard to the local capabilities, and the rest of the priorities of tourism - will be as follows: 2 / 23 percent of recreational tourism, urban tourism 5 / 16 percent, an adventure tourism 4 / 13 priority, respectively. from among the factors effective in the development of tourism species, social responsibility with 2 / 34 , the highest rate of influential factors, respectively, and the rest of the hierarchy management factor with 9 / 19 percent, environmental factor with 9 / 17 percent, cultural factors with 9 / 15 percent, safeguard of resources tourist destination, with 6 percent quality factor 7 / 3 percent and economic factor with 5 / 2 percent of the lowest effective
