امروزه به دنبال افزایش جمعیت در جهان، مسائلی از قبیل کاهش بیش از اندازه منابع طبیعی، افزایش آلودگی ها و نارسایی توزیع متعادل منابع بروز کرده است .به علاوه تهدیدات زیست محیطی نیز به این مشکلات دامن می زند .مسئله گردشگری نیز به نوعی محیط زیست را تهدید می کند .بنابراین هدف این پایان نامه شناسایی و بررسی اثرات زیست محیطی گردشگری که موجب شناسایی مزیت ها، محدودیت ها و اثرات منفی توسعه گردشگری در کلانشهر تبریز میگردد، است .این پژوهش از نظر هدف، توصیفی- تحلیلی است و از نظر نوع کاربردی میباشد، روش تحقیق به صورت میدانی و مطالعات کتابخانه ای و اسنادی می‌باشد و در تحلیل داده ها و اطلاعات از نرم افزارهای ‮‭SPSS‬ و مدل تحلیل عاملی و آزمون های آماری استفاده شده است .یافته های تحقیق حاکی از آن است بیشترین تأثیرات مثبت ناشی از توسعه گردشگری در کلانشهر تبریز از دیدگاه مسئولان متعلق به متغیرهای بهسازی محیط زیست و چشم اندازهای طبیعی ترویج حساسیت و آگاهی نسبت به سیستم های اکولوژیکی و افزایش آگاهی های محیط زیست و ارتقای کیفیت محیطی و اکولوژیکی می باشد که به ترتیب میانگین آماری آنها‮‭۴.۲۵ ۴.۷۸‬ و ‮‭۳.۷۸‬ و میانگین رتبه ای آنها‮‭۱۳.۳۲ ۱۴.۴۹‬ و ‮‭۱۰.۶۷‬ می باشد .همچنین کمترین تأثیر مثبت مربوط به متغیرهای ایجاد الگوهای جدید تأمین انرژی ها به وسیله طبیعت و اهمیت دادن جامعه محلی به منابع طبیعی و محافظت از منابع طبیعی و پارک به ترتیب با میانگین آماری آنها ‮‭۲.۸۵‬ و ‮‭۲.۲۴‬ و میانگین رتبه ای فریدمن آنها به ترتیب ‮‭۶.۳۶‬ و ‮‭۵.۱۱‬ می باشد .همچنین مهمترین اثرات منفی از دیدگاه آنها تخریب چشم اندازهای طبیعی) ناشی از زیاده روی در ایجاد تأسیسات اقامتی و پذیرایی(، افزایش زباله در محیط طبیعی، آسیب رسانی به اکوسیستم ها و از بین رفتن سبک معماری سنتی در اثر توسعه خانه سازی مدرن می باشد

Today, following the increase population in world have issues such as the reduction of excessive natural resources, increased pollution and failure of balanced distribution of resources. In addition to these problems adds environmental threats. Tourism is also a threat to the environment .The aim of this thesis is to identify and evaluate the environmental impact of tourism, which would identify advantages, limitations and negative effects of tourism development in Tabriz city. This study is a descriptive analysis and it is applied. research methodology is field, Library studies and documentary and data analysis was used software from SPSS and factor analysis and statistical tests. The findings indicate that the most positive effects of tourism development officials in Tabriz from the perspective of improving the environment and landscape variables promote sensitivity and awareness of the ecological system and increase environmental awareness and improve quality environmental and ecological That the statistical average are 4.78, 4.25 and 3.78 and an average are 14.49, 13.32 and 10.67. The least positive impact on creating new patterns of energy are variable by nature, and the importance of local communities to natural resources and protect natural resources and parks statistical averages of 2.85 and 2.24 respectively and average Friedman respectively is 6.36 and 5.11.
