هدف از این پژوهش شناسایی راهکار های توسعه کارآفرینی سازمانی در منطقه آزاد تجاری، صنعتی ارس در سال ‮‭۱۳۹۴‬ است .جامعه آماری این پژوهش را کلیه کارکنان شاغل که در سازمان منطقه آزاد تجاری صنعتی ارس همکاری می کنند جامعه آماری تحقیق را تشکیل داده‌اند، که نمونه ای متناسب با جامعه آماری پژوهش به شیوه نمونه گیری تصادفی طبقه‌ای انتخاب شده و پژوهش به روش همبستگی انجام شده است .ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات پرسشنامه محقق ساخته بوده که بعد از برآورد اعتبار و پایایی) از طریق تحلیل عامل (در بین پاسخگویان توزیع گردید .بعد از جمع آوری پرسشنامه ها با استفاده از ضرایب آماری متناسب با نوع متغیرها) آزمون‌های ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و رگرسیون گام به گام (محاسبه و مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفتند .نتایج آزمون فرضیات بیانگر این است که بین تمام ابعاد متغیر مدیریت مشارکتی)مشارکت کارکنان در هدف‌گذاری، مشارکت کارکنان در تغییر و تحول سازمانی، مشارکت کارکنان در حل مشکلات و مشارکت کارکنان در تصمیم‌گیری (و کارآفرینی سازمانی در سازمان منطقه آزادتجاری صنعتی ارس رابطه معنادار و مستقیمی وجود دارد .نتیجه تحلیل رگرسیونی بیانگر این است که ابعاد چهارگانه مدیریت مشارکتی به طور خالص ‮‭۷۱۶/۰‬ درصد از واریانس کارآفرینی سازمانی در معادله را تبیین می‌کنند، و در این مدل مهمترین عاملی که تأثیر آن تعیین‌کننده‌تر از سایر عامل‌هاست، متغیر مشارکت کارکنان در حل مشکلات می‌باشد که تعیین‌کننده‌ترین عامل تأثیر گذار بر کارآفرینی سازمانی در جامعه مورد مطالعه است، این عامل به میزان ‮‭۶۹/۰‬ درصد از تغییرات متغیر وابسته را مورد تبیین قرار می‌دهد

The aim of this study is to identify strategies for the development of entrepreneurship in the free trade zone, industrial schools in the 1394's.the study population included all workers in the ARAS free trade zone have formed, the sample is proportional to the population of the study were selected through stratified random sampling method of correlation done.The questionnaire was designed to assess the validity and reliability after (through factor analysis) were distributed among the participants.after collecting the questionnaires using statistical coefficients depending on the type of variables (Pearson correlation coefficient and stepwise regression) were calculated and analyzed.test results show that the assumptions vary between all aspects of corporate management (employee participation in goal setting, employee involvement in organizational change, employee participation and employee participation in decision-making, problem-solving) and entrepreneurship in the ARAS free trade zone significant relationship there is direct.regression analysis showed that the four dimensions of participatory management to net 0/716 percent of the variance in the equation explain entrepreneurship, and in this model the most important factor that influence it is more crucial than any other factor, variable employee participation in solving the problems of the determining factors influencing entrepreneurship in our study, these factors explained the 0/69 percent of the dependent variable puts
