در رویکرد علمی به مقولة امثال و حکم می‌توان چنین گفت که امثال آن قسمت از حکایات کوچک اخلاقی است که به عربی" مثل "و به لاتین" فابل "و به فارسی" داستان "می‌گویند واغلب هدف از آنها ارشاد مردم است که با وجود کوتاهی لفظ و سادگی وروانی معنا شنونده را در افکار عمیقی فرو می‌برند) .برقعی ۱۳۶۷: ۴) در این پژوهش علمی، سعی خواهیم کرد تا امثال و حکم نامه‌های عین‌القضات همدانی را در سه حوز۱ - محتوی و درون مایه۲ - زبان ساختار۳ - فنون بلاغت و صناعات ادبی مورد تحلیل و بررسی قرار دهیم. ۱- محتوی و درون مایه :از آن جایی که، محتوی و درون مایه، یکی از عناصر مهم جملات و عبارات است فصل دوم پایان نامه حاضر به بررسی دقیق این موضوع اختصاص داده شده است .به این طرز که، امثال و حکمی را که در معنا و مفهوم تعلیمی به کار رفته‌اند، ذیل ص‌امثال تعلیمی آورده‌ایم و یا امثالی را که در جهت تعلیم مفاهیم عرفانی بوده‌اند، ذیل امثال ص‌تعلیمی- عرفانی ذکر کرده‌ایم و یا امثالی را که در خصوص اعتقادات دینی و مذهبی بوده‌اند با عنوان امثال ص‌اعتقادی-دینی مشخص کرده‌ایم و ...قابل ذکر است که این فصل از پژوهش، حدودا هفده مدخل را به خود اختصاص داده است. ۲- بررسی زبان در ساختار امثال وحکم :در این فصل زبان ساختاری امثال و حکم، در دو بخش زبان عربی و زبان فارسی مورد بررسی واقع شده‌اند .زبان عربی که بخش اول فصل است خود شامل آیات قرآنی، احادیث، اشعار عربی و امثال عربی است و زبان فارسی که بخش پایانی فصل است شامل اشعار فارسی، امثال فارسی و اصطلاحات متداول زبان فارسی است. ۳- فنون بلاغت و صناعات ادبی :در این فصل نیز، به جنبه‌های بلاغی امثال توجه شده است .جنبه‌هایی نظیر :کنایه، مجاز، استعاره، ارسال‌المثل و

Morality and belief of its roots and foundation is the property of perfect and goal oriented life that could assure worldly and other worldly paradise . Persian literature also has compounded with ethic and ethical civics and reflection of ethical significations are seen at most of poet,s oeuvres and writers .Saaeb Tabrizi is also a poet who his sonnets is in class of doctrinal literature and is pro fluent of human grand significations and ethical wisdoms .Present booklet with moral courses study topic at 4,5 cover of saaee btabrizi bureau attend to ethical and doctrinal points in saaeb poem. Saaeb has had special attention to ethical contents in his bureau. He is an artist who knew his task well and tried to intoxicated people with his great ethic and sageness book in all over the world. He tried to revival beliefs and adolescence of ethic in society and as his poem isn,t mysterious is folded within people,s heart and this lead to promote Saaeb,s poems in form of advice and monition. His domination of ethical contents and proper usage of them with transfer of his thought to addressee has made him a special poet. Saaeb utilized human and religious way in ethical foundation explanation and exhibit It in a doctrine literature format. He utilized emblem and imbued into addressee s mind with realization key . Saaeb tried to share with nature and go th people,s heart with mass of locus and enlighten ethic point with point. The composer has attempted to study Saaeeb s poem for the ethical points via poems instances with ethical accomplishment and rascality synchronized with religious courses and ethical prominent books such as Meraj Al-Saadat and Akhlag Naseri , that could be maybe a footstep with better and further recognition of Saaeeb. The purpose of this research is the more acquaintance of readers with ethical foundation poem and his grand thought. The results of this study reveals that Saaeeb Tabrizi used ethical contents awareness in his poems and utilize religious courses within its explanation and has a greater share that evinces social ,ethical and culture of his society as the most conscious and greatest poet in Safavi age and indian mannerism. He is praiser of goodness ,innocence and kindness and human prominent behavior . He thinks about life depth and human spirit and perceives beastliness with reason, so his advice is not dim , stark and totality mottos but also is practical rules for life by satisfied and smooth explanation. Examples for implicit ethical accomplishments: Purity, ambition, honesty ,politesse , hope, thought and contemplation ,bonhomie, honorable, courtesy, warning, humanity, manhood Examples for implicit immorality: Abusive ,guile, indolence, injustice, unemployment, envy, cavil, irritation, assumption, gossip, duplicity, backbite, emprise willing, sloth and weakness.
