Political rivalries between the Ottoman Empire and the states established in Iran were witnessed throughout the history. These rivalries have generally taken place over the issues like the sectarian differences, border violations and the situation of the pilgrims travelin to the holy lands. However, the support provided by the Qajar Dynasty to the Armenian guerillas after the Nasser-al-Din Shah's ascension to the Iranian throne were added to thiese problems. During the era of Mozaffar al-Din Shah, Armenian Incidents were always on the agenda as one of the fundamental problems between the two countries. The aim of this dissertation is to explain the situation briefly narrated, through using archival resources.
