The study, based on an anonymous 16th century Tevarih-i Al-i Osman (The History of Ottoman) consists of an analysis, a text, indices of people and place names, dictionary and a conclusion part. The analysis part consists of three sections: the history writing in Ottomans, the binding, cover, calligraphic features of Anonim Tevarih-i Al-i Osman, and the samples reflecting the phonetic and morphologic properties of the period of Anonim Tevarih-i Al-i Osman, which belong to the ancient Anatolian Turkish period
