Pehlivan Ibrahim Pasha (died in 1820), have got an important place in the Ottoman history, to the war between Ottoman and Russia-Austria (1787-1792). Then he began a long and dense power struggle in Rumelia. He got senatorship of the Deliorman and Dobruja.
