SUMMARY OR ABSTRACT
Text of Note
The purpose of this mixed-methods study was to examine the extent and ways that secondary teachers assess higher-order thinking skills on classroom summative assessments. Through a survey and interview, this study also sought to understand teachers' and district curriculum leaders' perceptions of the instruction and assessment of higher-order thinking skills.
