The purpose of this project was to take a team of individuals from The Well Baptist Church in Venice, FL and lead them through the process of designing a strategy to develop leaders at the church. The Well is a church plant with limited leaders and a continual strain on the time and energies of the project director, the church planter. A healthy process of leadership development and multiplication would increase the potential for the growth and success of the church plant.
